Had the same issue. Called GD and they opened a Warranty Claim. They said they needed to contact Dometic to see if they would cover it. I needed it fixed quickly for an upcoming trip, so I bought a Control Board myself. A month later I received a new board from GD and another one from Dometic. Now I have 2 spare boards. Lol
“You only need to take out two screws”. “No, there are three. I have to take this one out too”. Circuit board falls. “Put this screw back in, it didn’t need to come out”. Oh, the young mind! So smart but so inexperienced! This IS as it should be! Happy you are back! Best wishes, Kevin
I've been trying to find a really good DIY video on this. The refrigerator you featured is the same as what I have. As it turns out, the fuel inlet is pristine after 5 years, but the electrical contacts were dirty. I pulled them and slipped them back on as you did and Voila, I had flame. All fixed. Thank you.

re-solder the ckt. board connections to the plug
Corrosion in connectors?
Loose components on the board or failing solder that intermittent works after a wiggle?
Who knows. New board fixed it. Video in a couple of weeks.
Where do you find the number or identification for your particular board?
On Norcold you order control board based on the model number of refrigerator.
How much is a board
I don't remember. This video was from back in the summer.
Norcold boards can "go to sleep"
Spoiler alert. New board fixed it. Video in a couple of weeks.
Sleeping board wasn't ur issue because it intermittently lit....was just putting it out there for discussion
