- Took a trip out to Wolf Caves Offroad Park in Mason, TX. Left a little later than I expected, but still got in over 4hrs of wheeling. It's a great place with a lot of crawling to be done. I definitely recommend it. The owners are pretty cool and very friendly. They walked me through what the park was about and where to go. The only thing I regret is not getting to spend more time as I only did about 1/4 of the park. I did have a chance to use the Foxpeed jumpstarter to help a jeep club out. Got that big jeep rolling again! Definitely going back soon!

I’ve lived in this area of Texas for over 8 years and still haven’t been to wolf caves. I need to get out on the trail more. Lol
Yes! I was very impressed with Wolf Caves. You'll have to step your game up a notch or two out there. Lol
It’s like when you go to the gym without a spotter. Unless there’s someone else around, you don’t max out as high. Lol!
Right! I never thought about it that way, but you're right!
Just moved to San Antonio area and looking for places to wheel. Came across your video , much appreciated insight.
I’ve seen several videos of this park, I wish it was closer to me! 💯🇺🇸
Yes. It was my first time going. I was very impressed with the different levels of difficulty. Are you located in TX?
@@GoChangeYaLife I’m in south Florida…🙁
@@motor1001 Oh ok. Yea, you're too far. Lol. All you have really is Hard Rock up in Ocala. Oh, I'm originally from Central FL. Actually I lived in S FL for a few years. Got a lot of family down there.
The jump starter that I had bought off Amazon (similar to that one), would die after like one jump. Yours appears to do much better.
Yea. I actually had that company send that one to me to try out. I've used it quite a few times and multiple times at once. It does pretty good for a company I had never heard of before I got it.
I was supposed to be heading out there for PBR for the 1st time. PBR will mark the 4th time I made plans to go to Wolf Caves, but something always prevented me from making it out there. Been to Moab, Hot Springs, I've done the Palo Duro Challenge twice, Barnwell, Bridgeport, Crossbar, Hidden Falls and a couple of National Parks, but I have not been to Wolf Caves or Katemcy yet. lol
I haven't made it to Moab, Katemcy, or Barnwell yet. I go to Hidden Falls all the time and hit Hot Springs a couple months ago. Had plans to travel to Moab, but like you something got in the way and couldn't go. If you definitely make it out there, I'd definitely love to roll out there with you.
January 14-16 Polar bear run huge event and guided. Our group from Laredo is heading that way with about 8 rigs. Misfits 4x4 of Laredo and Nomads will be out there
Hmmm.... I might have to add that to my calendar. If I'm in town, I will be sure to come out and check out some of ya'lls rigs in action.
