I just use lupin flour and water with herbs and spices for the dough. May add a bit of oil into the mix. Flatten, bake and then put the topping on and get a great thin crust base.
I just made this for the kids and added onions, tomatoes, arugula and basil on top and Oh WOW! Pretty good! Just need to work on flattening it out more... I would also use more olive oil to keep it pliable. Pretty delicious! A slice was enough. The protein crust was filling. Thanks for sharing!
are there different versions of Lupin Flour? I opened the pack and tried it and it tastes absolutely inedible, strongest flavour of beans I've ever tasted by far
Well darn. Tried making it and the dough was way to dry and crumbly to use for pizza crust. I rolled it out as best I could and baked it until crispy. Pretty decent tasting crackers, but definitely not good for pizza.

Kaizen brand taste okay
Why can you not make the dough using yeast? or using a bit if baking powder?
This specific recipe calls for Lupin Flour. We have another pizza crust recipe that uses almond flour here: www.simplefunketo.com/blog/ketodadpizza
This guy must be BIFFS double from back to the future
No se tapan las arterias con tanto queso?

Have you guys tried the Lupini Pancake mix?
We haven't tried it yet!
Nice
Oh my, this looks great!!!! @CarnivorousChef also has a good Keto pizza too.
I like this recipe better than the almond flour and more cheese. The crisp is good!
Glad you enjoyed!
I think you should go ahead and go ahead.
I was really impressed with making this recipe but I thought the cooked crust was dry. Thank you for the recipe but I may have to fiddle with it.
Maybe up the cheese?
Maybe not bake the dough ahead..just put toppings on it and than bake it after ?
With some Crust is just doesn''t turn out. We got this Lupin recipe from Aviate's Blog.

How long did you bake it for?
I had exactly the same result. Very dry and hard to roll. I tried making the recipe twice thinking I had made an error following the recipe.
@@phillipcleaver9604 Did you try microwaving the dough for 10-15 seconds to soften it up??
@@phillipcleaver9604 put some paneer in it
Thanks for this fathead too much cheese chicken too much meat love both but exciting to try something new
