I don't understand , how does it improve circulation post surgery when your heart is not below one's legs?

What's the longest you've been on it? Can you lay on it for 5-10 hours without any pain? Great video by the way and awesome music!
Thank you. I have slept on it overnight and I will say that for me it did get a little uncomfortable after so many hours. However, I was not using it for health or recovery reasons. Perhaps, if you are recovering from a surgery or have pain it may be great. Hope this helps.
