I hit my first golf ball off a compound roof in Afghanistan last year, I got home and started playing golf a few months later and fell in love. I found the PXG military program recently. I recently was fitted for a new 0811 XF GEN4 Driver at the Scottsdale Arizona headquarters. The customer service and attention to detail I received were outstanding! PXG blows all the large golf manufacturers out of this world. Additionally, I was impressed with the retail store and the quality apparel, the styling and materials were so much better compared to the other manufacturers. I’m now a HUGE devotee to the PXG brand and I’m especially impressed how they treat our first responders, kudos to Bob Parsons for his philosophy and business model

I got fitted and bought a used set of 0211's meeting my specs and fell in love with the quality. Since then, I've purchased some new woods from the factory. When I get the chance, I'll move into next gen clubs. I'm a customer for life.
Just ordered my 0211 irons. Got to pick the shaft, grips, length, loft and lie angles, all for only $79 per club! Always shied away from PXG because I thought I couldn’t afford them, but this was just too good to pass up! Thank you Mister Parsons! Can’t wait to receive these.

I stumble into this video doing some research for my upcoming upgrade purchase of Golf Clubs and just by watching this video and the way Mr. Parson expressed himself about the PXG Clubs it made me a believer on the PXG products. I'm a 28yrs of service Military Service Retiree and Veteran and when I heard the way he spoke about our military people that sealed the deal. It was obvious to me he was a veteran. I totally noticed how excellent the customer service is when I talked to the fitter. It seems like ever since Covid customer service is gone. Question: I've had two knee replacements and 3 shoulder surgeries. I cannot swing nowhere near where I was able too anymore. I used to hit my 7 Iron 155, now I'm lucky to hit it 100 yards. Do you specialize in fittings for people with limitations??

I am 49 and a +1 handicap. I can hit pretty much any club. However I am very resistant to change. I hit the same Irons, Driver and 3 wood for 7 years. I just switched to PXG a year ago. You may not like PXG and the marketing but as Mr Parsons says. "Just Go Hit The Them". Your will change your mind. Only thing in my bag that is not PXG is my putter and that's because I started machining my own putters.

I was unaware of PXG's existence until recently but I have been blown away by the company and what they stand for. As a Police Officer, I won't be looking at any other brand moving forward. I'm on the cusp of ordering an entire set of PXG clubs from driver to lob wedge. The 2021 0211 line looks awesome & comes in at a great introductory price. I have everything sitting in the cart but paused when I ran into the $100 shipping cost....
Hi John - We understand why that must be really frustrating. Costs associated with shipping our equipment are due to the size and weight of the order, as well as the liability insurance that comes with it, which can definitely add up. ^Chelsea
It's a major bummer especially knowing first hand the shipping discounts that companys receive. Realistically they should be 1/2 from what they currently are. Please include some more no upcharge options in the future, even some basics from each manufacturer. That would make a huge difference in purchase orders imo. Even with that said I'm still buying a new set (0211) driver thru irons this week.

I had my gen 3 irons phone fitted here in the UK last March. Amazing clubs. The best I’ve ever hit and I’ve had plenty over the years!!! I’ve since added the 3 wood, hybrid and 2 forged wedges. Hopefully when the current lockdown is over I’ll be able to get a driver fitting arranged and one day I’m gonna buy me a sugar daddy wedge too! The fitting and customer service experience is second to none.

Just received my 0211 Driver today!! Loved the Hero's discount that came with it too!! Now I can't wait to get to the course and try it out. I know that I'm going to love the driver so much that I'm putting my order in for the 24-degree hybrid and possibly the 3-wood tonight!
I've played with my new 0211 10.5-degree driver for 15 games now and I can unequivocally say that I am getting on average 20 more yards per drive! You just feel it when you hit the sweet spot and the ball just sails into the sky. I had to play a few rounds in order to dial the club in but once I figured it out I got happy really fast! I will certainly buy the entire set just as soon as my wife lets me!!!!
The huge discounts on the PXG US, UK and Asia Pacific sites are amazing. Tried ordering a driver on all sites but none allow delivery to Australia. On PXG websites the Gen 2 drivers are about $350 Aus dollars but we can’t order them. Meanwhile the only Australian distributor we can order from is charging over $1000 Aus dollars. Help me out PXG!

thank you for all you do for us military. I just ordered mine here in PXG Japan. Currently serving in the USN and shipping overseas always a challenged hence I went with PXG Japan. I have a Taylormade Sim Max last year when it came out but this video got me to purchased the 0211 iron sets. This video really connect me on what you went through as a young knuckle head coming-in the service and how it changed you as the Man you are right now, hOorah! hopefully sometime next year I can save enough and get the driver & woods to complete the whole PXG experience.

Do your homework! PXG does not pay players to play their clubs. The big OEM's simply offered a boat load of $$ to those guys, the pros can go low with any manufactures clubs, they don't need this amazing technology. Why do you think the two best iron manufactures in golf (Miura and PXG) only have a couple pro players using their clubs, because they don't pay millions to pro players. To play Miura a pro has to buy them like everyone else.
nice clubs, my only complaint is the shaft upcharges. Standard shaft for most of the irons is the TT Elevate, which retails for $36. If you want to replace them with a TT Dynamic Gold 120, which retails for $32, you have to pay an UPCHARGE of $39!!!! HUH??????? You'd think it would be an even swap at the very least, but to have to pay an upcharge that is actually MORE than the retail cost of the replacement is perplexing to say the least. Never seen a company try and pull these shenanigans. Fix that, and PXG is golden. PXG! Nobody does a ridiculous shaft upcharge like we do! Period!
Hi Rick - We totally understand your frustrations. Like other OEMs, we are having trouble getting bulk shaft/grip shipments from our manufacturers because of supply chain issues. This is why there is a price difference from retail. We do have some great stock shaft options, but if your heart is set on a different shaft, there is the option to reshaft your clubs after receiving your order. ^Chelsea

Just received my PXG 0211 irons from PXG UK and all I can say is what an embarrassment.They managed to put the wrong shafts in,I ordered Aerotech Steel fibre i95 shafts and got Mitsubishi mmt 80 Shafts even though the spec sheet that comes in the box said i95 steel fiber.Also I got them in 2 deg flat and 2 deg weak and all I can say is it looks like a blacksmith has done the bending their are knicks on every iron on the hosel and one or two have a series of cracks in the Knick.To say that the irons go through an inspection after build is a joke unless stevie wonder is the inspector.I now have to wait in all day tomorrow till UPS comes and picks them back up and then I have to wait till they can be replaced.I have even considered 0311 irons because being forged they will bend easier because now I don’t trust pxg at all that they can bend the 0211 irons without damaging the hosel.It will be my last time I ever buy PXG clubs as I have lost all faith with them.I have had numerous sets of pings in the past with some bent to 4 deg flat and each time you would never know they had been bent with no marks,dints or crack’s whatsoever.

I like my PXG irons, was about to upgrade to the new gen 4. Unfortunately PXG went from offering just about any shaft, now PXG only offers one stock steel shaft in two weights. Callaway, Taylor and Titleist all offer over 20 steel shafts at no upcharge. Callaway even gives you color options on any kbs shafts at no upcharge, I can’t even get basic kbs tour or dynamic gold shafts without paying more of an upcharge per club then the msrp of these shafts. Sorry PXG went from custom club maker to a big box club with no choices selling mostly at discount. Completely lost its appeal for me.
I want you to know, that Country Club Adjacent brought me here. They may have been ribbing Bob Parsons and PXG, but it piqued my interests enough to look into buying your clubs and apparel

Glad I stumbled across this video. Looking to upgrade my set when I graduate from undergrad in the fall. PXG all the way. Bob Parsons is an absolute standup type of guy. Nothing but respect for what he's done and what he will continue to do. I would love to work for this company post graduation.

I totally noticed how excellent the customer service is when I talked to the fitter. It seems like ever since Covid customer service is gone. Question: I've had two knee replacements and 3 shoulder surgeries. I cannot swing nowhere near where I was able too anymore. I used to hit my 7 Iron 155, now I'm lucky to hit it 100 yards. Do you specialize in fittings for people with limitations??

I am 49 and a +1 handicap. I can hit pretty much any club. However I am very resistant to change. I hit the same Irons, Driver and 3 wood for 7 years. I just switched to PXG a year ago. You may not like PXG and the marketing but as Mr Parsons says. "Just Go Hit The Them". Your will change your mind. Only thing in my bag that is not PXG is my putter and that's because I started machining my own putters.

I'm on the cusp of ordering an entire set of PXG clubs from driver to lob wedge. The 2021 0211 line looks awesome & comes in at a great introductory price. I have everything sitting in the cart but paused when I ran into the $100 shipping cost....
Hi John - We understand why that must be really frustrating. Costs associated with shipping our equipment are due to the size and weight of the order, as well as the liability insurance that comes with it, which can definitely add up. ^Chelsea
It's a major bummer especially knowing first hand the shipping discounts that companys receive. Realistically they should be 1/2 from what they currently are. Please include some more no upcharge options in the future, even some basics from each manufacturer. That would make a huge difference in purchase orders imo. Even with that said I'm still buying a new set (0211) driver thru irons this week.

I had my gen 3 irons phone fitted here in the UK last March. Amazing clubs. The best I’ve ever hit and I’ve had plenty over the years!!! I’ve since added the 3 wood, hybrid and 2 forged wedges. Hopefully when the current lockdown is over I’ll be able to get a driver fitting arranged and one day I’m gonna buy me a sugar daddy wedge too! The fitting and customer service experience is second to none.

I've played with my new 0211 10.5-degree driver for 15 games now and I can unequivocally say that I am getting on average 20 more yards per drive! You just feel it when you hit the sweet spot and the ball just sails into the sky. I had to play a few rounds in order to dial the club in but once I figured it out I got happy really fast! I will certainly buy the entire set just as soon as my wife lets me!!!!

The huge discounts on the PXG US, UK and Asia Pacific sites are amazing. Tried ordering a driver on all sites but none allow delivery to Australia. On PXG websites the Gen 2 drivers are about $350 Aus dollars but we can’t order them. Meanwhile the only Australian distributor we can order from is charging over $1000 Aus dollars. Help me out PXG!

thank you for all you do for us military. I just ordered mine here in PXG Japan. Currently serving in the USN and shipping overseas always a challenged hence I went with PXG Japan. I have a Taylormade Sim Max last year when it came out but this video got me to purchased the 0211 iron sets. This video really connect me on what you went through as a young knuckle head coming-in the service and how it changed you as the Man you are right now, hOorah! hopefully sometime next year I can save enough and get the driver & woods to complete the whole PXG experience.

Bill Horschel was your best staffer and he went back playing ping equipment. Ryan Moore the face of pxg has also left. My question is, who will be next?
Do your homework! PXG does not pay players to play their clubs. The big OEM's simply offered a boat load of $$ to those guys, the pros can go low with any manufactures clubs, they don't need this amazing technology. Why do you think the two best iron manufactures in golf (Miura and PXG) only have a couple pro players using their clubs, because they don't pay millions to pro players. To play Miura a pro has to buy them like everyone else.

nice clubs, my only complaint is the shaft upcharges. Standard shaft for most of the irons is the TT Elevate, which retails for $36. If you want to replace them with a TT Dynamic Gold 120, which retails for $32, you have to pay an UPCHARGE of $39!!!! HUH??????? You'd think it would be an even swap at the very least, but to have to pay an upcharge that is actually MORE than the retail cost of the replacement is perplexing to say the least. Never seen a company try and pull these shenanigans. Fix that, and PXG is golden. PXG! Nobody does a ridiculous shaft upcharge like we do! Period!
Hi Rick - We totally understand your frustrations. Like other OEMs, we are having trouble getting bulk shaft/grip shipments from our manufacturers because of supply chain issues. This is why there is a price difference from retail. We do have some great stock shaft options, but if your heart is set on a different shaft, there is the option to reshaft your clubs after receiving your order. ^Chelsea

Just received my PXG 0211 irons from PXG UK and all I can say is what an embarrassment.They managed to put the wrong shafts in,I ordered Aerotech Steel fibre i95 shafts and got Mitsubishi mmt 80 Shafts even though the spec sheet that comes in the box said i95 steel fiber.Also I got them in 2 deg flat and 2 deg weak and all I can say is it looks like a blacksmith has done the bending their are knicks on every iron on the hosel and one or two have a series of cracks in the Knick.To say that the irons go through an inspection after build is a joke unless stevie wonder is the inspector.I now have to wait in all day tomorrow till UPS comes and picks them back up and then I have to wait till they can be replaced.I have even considered 0311 irons because being forged they will bend easier because now I don’t trust pxg at all that they can bend the 0211 irons without damaging the hosel.It will be my last time I ever buy PXG clubs as I have lost all faith with them.I have had numerous sets of pings in the past with some bent to 4 deg flat and each time you would never know they had been bent with no marks,dints or crack’s whatsoever.

I like my PXG irons, was about to upgrade to the new gen 4. Unfortunately PXG went from offering just about any shaft, now PXG only offers one stock steel shaft in two weights. Callaway, Taylor and Titleist all offer over 20 steel shafts at no upcharge. Callaway even gives you color options on any kbs shafts at no upcharge, I can’t even get basic kbs tour or dynamic gold shafts without paying more of an upcharge per club then the msrp of these shafts. Sorry PXG went from custom club maker to a big box club with no choices selling mostly at discount. Completely lost its appeal for me.
I want you to know, that Country Club Adjacent brought me here. They may have been ribbing Bob Parsons and PXG, but it piqued my interests enough to look into buying your clubs and apparel
