Ingredients-
Vindaloo Masala-
15 dry red chillies
1 tbsp mustard seeds (rai)
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Chicken Vindaloo-
4 tbsps oil
2 sliced onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1kg chicken
3 chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch
Vindaloo masala
Salt as per taste
2 tbsps vinegar
Handful of chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
