I would build an open space entertainment center in the backyard. Place the big screen within the hill utilizing a rustic theme design. Definitely the pool.
Edit. In the front yard i'd place a large thin brick safety fence or those metal cones and disguise it with tall tress and plants. I'd want to create more privacy in the front like the homes in Beverly hills. Block out the front view or at least partially
