Thank you for making this show so I can share with my friends in the US. Sometimes I feel like it’s so hard to explain what Taiwanese food is. So thank you for doing this. I did find a possible mistake though. I think about the 3 cup., it should be sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice, wine one cup each that’s what I learned about 3 cup originally, just for reference.❤
