To me, Sifu Grados' approach (of Augustine Fong) and another system called Fut Sao or Buddha Hand by a another great late Grandmaster (who shall remain nameless) are best demonstrations of 2 different lineages of Wing Chun; I prefer the Fut Sao style, but, Grados is great. I don't know too much about Sifu Augustine Fong, but, Sifu Grados has been around a long while and he explains and applies his moves very clearly as well as one other really great currently living Grandmaster who always prefers to remain anonymous.
this guy in white t shirt is totally passive, at 8:04 his left hand is just resting on his own right hand, at 0:06 he actually pulls his left hand/arm back? serious? and 0:15 his left hand is doing NOTHING, just floating infront of his body...makes no sence
These are profound concepts!! Thank you!!
