Up at midnight because of jet lag watching some of your older stuff I haven't seen before. Your method for squaring the crossmember is right on time. I am installing a long arm setup on my jeep now and hadn't thought of that. I was measuring off of the wheel wells to center the axle in the wheel opening, but that makes sense to make sure the axles are parallel to each other. Thanks for that.
@@machinesinc my thought was that removal of the spot welds holding the pans to the frame channel is usually done by drilling them out and completing the tack with an air chisel to remove any remaining spot weld

Glad the little tips can help!
Nice job. That IRO 3-link is sweet....I almost bought that for my XJ but ended up going with the CavFab Alpha Series 3-link instead.
That is a rad setup too. I just got too good of a deal on the IRO to pass it up
I just ordered the IRO but wanted cavfab. Heard to much negative about their service and turn around times
Intro is 🔥🔥
Tryin haha
How do you like the 3 link?
It’s been holding up great
Replace the pans. Should in my opinion done it before the frame stiffeners.
Probably would have been smart 😂
