"look at that stage, this girl has more money invested in stage and lighting and stuff then most performers make in a year" ... and she has 2 full stages on this tour. As she's performing in 1 city, the other stage is in route to the next city to be assembled in time for when she gets there.
I just saw a professional firm that knows big shows estimated the two stages cost around $150 million. I’m not sure if that included the cost of transporting it to all the locations or just the stage and sound system itself. It includes a military grade wireless system that can function in all weather.
The end was actually a transition to her next song on Eras tour.
I was just coming to say that
“Don’t Blame Me” live from the Reputation tour is the way to go to really get the entire song! Great you’re liking Taylor!
Love to see that reaction.
YES. It is an absolute MUST see for a Taylor fan. Ive watched it a hundred times and it still blows me away!
I'm an old 68 year old rock/blues guy and took a dive into her music this year to see what the fuss was about. Still haven't made it through her entire catalogue, but I actually recognized the music at the end. This performance goes straight from "Don't Blame Me" into "Look What You Made Me Do". The ending you didn't care for was actully the beginning of the next song. The truth is I'm surprised at how many of her songs I enjoy. I watched her "Out Of The Woods" music video last Friday and the song has been stuck in my head since. Visually the music video is amazing but I actually love the song. It's the lyrics, the backing vocals, and the way it builds. I suspect I'm on the verge of being a Swifty.
Gotta check her song, 'Carolina' out!!!
It has got to be my favorite song of hers, vocally.
I grew up with my Grandparents loving and performing bluegrass. My Grandfather made mandolins and violins. ❤
Did you watch the live one from her 1989 concert? So good! And the We are never ever getting back together from the 1989 tour, is probably her most rock and roll song.
omg this is so cute😊❤
I just love her music so much
@@charbenz2768 I haven't watched the 1989 concert but did watch a reaction to We are never ever getting back together from that tour. I really rather enjoyed it and her vocals towards the end did make me go wow! I thought "this girl could be a rock star if she wanted". I've watched the Reputation and Eras concerts and enjoyed them both. The girl does put on a show.
This live performance here in the eras tour transitions into another song, so that’s probably why you didn’t care for the ending 🤭 thanks again for the reaction! You should check out the full live performance from her Reputation tour, link previously posted ☺️
Agree....Her stage is killer!! Eras tour and Reputation tour had the best stages of any.
You didnt notice that was the beat of "look what you made me do" at the end? She even sang it "don't blame me for what you made me do".
Someone should have told him this song transitions into "Look what you made me do"...and that he should have watched both songs at the same time to get the experience.
For the full song you have to watch the Reputation Tour version. It’s fantastic!
You should also watch her performance of this song from the Reputation Tour. Love that one so, so much. She blew my mind!!! 😍
I'll definitely check it out! If you have IG send me a link on there!!
THANKS!!!
also, the last part it goes into the next song look what you made me do
You should've kept it going because she transitions into another song and it's so good! Almost criminal to stop it early
She writes ALL of her songs (some with co-writers, whom most them, their role only to act as an editor) & she also heavily involved in producing ALL of her music (u can check out The Making of A Song series in making her Reputation album).
I've been to several of her tours & I think she ALWAYS invested heavily for her stage, using the best technology available at that time add with her insane creativity. For her, the stage is part of a performer itself, enhancing the story telling of her songs..
Hope u can get a ticket & however much u pay for it, u won't regret it coz this is a show of a lifetime..🤍🤍
Agreed. Taylor has Broadway/West End level productions for her concerts.
And she has 2 full stage setups. One is always a location ahead being set up for the next show. I read a article that said her stages and equipment is military grade which is how she can perform during the rain like she does.
The version of this live from the Reputation tour is the whole song and its amazing ❤
Yeah the ending is transitioning into the next song.
Not only does she have that stage, she has two complete sets that leapfrog from city to city so they can do more shows.
So cool that you’re going to see her live! This part of the show was so electric that you can’t fully grasp it in a video. The vertical lights, the steam and the pyro were all so amazing and the crowd was hyped.
The Reputation live performance is even better. Taylor composes the music and the lyrics the majority of the time. Sometimes while working with Aaron Dessner (from The National) Aaron will had already composed music and Taylor will write the lyrics, especially the last 4 albums. Taylor has a choreographer for her and her dancers, but I am sure she has her say in what it should look like.
One of my favorite songs. ❤
The end was a transition to the next song, Look what you made me do
I think the stage itself costed around 100million for sound and production and all of that good stuff, there is also ANOTHER stage to be prepared for the next city
The live version of “Don’t Blame Me” was better during the Era’s tour
Beside of being a great singer songwriter and Director, she’s also a great business person, and she does own her own production Company called. Taylor Swift productions.
You’d have to watch the whole concert. What you didn’t like was the lead into her next song/performance
That ending was the start of another song.
Thats the lead-in to the next song!!!! Look whay you made me do. You need to see how it goes right into that. 💯💯
Yes that is tonight drop lol
She ended the song by blending it into Look What You Made Me Do --- it is really good if you watch both. And, of course, the audience knew with the opening notes. . . . 👏🏻 I hope you get to the show ---- even the film is amazing. But, be prepared: her part is 44 songs (unless she adds more) and well over 3 hours. And she has usually had a couple opening acts. . . currently, Paramore, I think.
The ending is the transition into the song Look What You Made Me Do. I highly recommend that live version too.
Hey! Good reaction! Im 57 Heavy Metal and Proud Swiftie....Since 2020 ( Folklore n Evermore Albums.....Im still looking for a bad song of Her......All are Gems❤
It's so crazy to see other people like me, I am a death metal and black metal enthusiast but listen to Taylor as well. You can never go wrong with Pantera or Cannibal Corpse!!
My uncle, who's a blues bassist, loaned me Taylor's Fearless CD (sophomore album) in 2008, and I've been a Swiftie ever since. I grew up consuming metal, hard rock, prog. My husband, who's a metal bassist, is also a Swiftie because of me! There's lots of us out there, we're just a bit lowkey compared to regular Swifties. 😂
PS: Love Pantera too. Their music will always be a part of me. ❤
That ending was the transition to Look What You Made Me Do.
That's zombie Taylor coming back from the dead ...a scene from her video for the next song Look What You Made Me Do.
The ending goes into Look What You Made Me Do (the "don't blame, don't blame me, dont blame me for what you made me do, don't blame me, don't blame me, don't blame me for what - you - made - me - DO"! isn't actually a part of Don't Blame Me, it's added on to lead into Look What You Made Me Do).
It's done this way likely for a smoother transition into LWYMMD without breaking between the tracks, while also allowing her team to bring out the props for the Look What You Made Me Do without being seen (big glass boxes with a person in each dressed as a Taylor from each era).
I hate watching videos that cut the start of LWYMMD out because it leaves the ending or Don't Blame Me looking very out of place and odd, but is soooooooo perfect when you watch and listen to the full thing 😍
The ending was the transition into the next song Look What You Made Me Do. You need to see both together
billboard and forbes reported that she and her promoter invested “well over 100 million dollars” on production for this tour. they have 2 stage setups
If seeing the Eras tour is where you’re at in life, you’re at a pretty amazing spot :) saw her last year from row 9, and it was so amazing I had to see her again!! I get to see her in Indianapolis, night 3, and she’s worth every penny!!!
As everyone told you, the end was transitioning into another song, Look What You Made Me Do. If you want to see a full version of Don’t Blame Me, I recommend watching the Reputation Tour version, it’s FIRE 🔥🐍
Great review! The video cuts abruptly bc the this song links with the next song in the setlist at the tour. In the studio version the song doesn't end like that. By the way, the reseller prices in Miami are impossibly absurd. It was cheaper for me to get a ticket at Wembley in London plus airfair and airbnb and get my vacation there than spend a fortune at home to see her.
It is criminal to not watch the full transition/following song and then say you didn't like the ending! This is one of my favorite transitions!
Watch tonight's did both of them together but split the videos up to give me to uploads
Fair, but this (and other) transitions are where there is so much to react to. Literally my favorite one is this one. I'd recommend watching both of these completely separately on the Reputation tour (live) because they're SO stellar as stand alone songs there, but breaking up an artist intentionally meshing them together and saying you don't like the ending means you didn't technically watch the ending of the performance.
@@ladychelseatheundead will do it
@@Lar-Reacts Here for it! :)
I don't know where exactly to find a picture of it but since most stadiums have open tops, these lights in particular just stretch up really really far into the clouds, it's freaking spectacular! I subbed right away, you are charming and I look forward to watching some of your other videos! The ending is an overlap between Don't Blame Me and the next song (which you picked up on, abruptly 'ended' because it's meant to be a transition), and depending on who makes the video, they cut it in a different place. So you saw the start of the other song, and it built up to that, which is why it felt wrong.
Check out the one from the cap tour.
It led right into her next song.
This is an amazing performance, and I love it, but nothing beats the reputation Stadium Tour version.
The ending is because Look What You Made Me Do is the next song and it cut it off at the beginning of the next song.
The ending is actually a transition into the next song lol. That’s why it was abrupt.
Reputation album doesn't have a title track: a lot of the songs are about the media and gossip rags, and what they make her out to be. There are also a number of incidents where people get under her skin; tabloids instantly blow that up to make as much clickbait as possible. The lyric here is :
I've been breakin' hearts a long time, and / Toyin' with them older guys /Just playthings for me to use (///// how the media portrays her)
For you, I would cross the line / I would waste my time I would lose my mind / They say, "She's gone too far this time"
/////They say, or Everybody agrees, That's what people say , etc. etc. Something of that sort in the lyrics is an indication that Taylor is talking about the public perception of her, not her real life. There is a good intro to what brought that on in her acoustic performance of Blank Space (2015, Grammy Museum). She often pokes fun at herself, too; some silly songs are just because they amused her to write them.
You gotta react to I knew you were trouble & we are never ever getting back together from 1989 tour !! So good
That song was over, but she was blending it with the next song, thats why it ended, because the next song was beginning.
Instant follow.
Welcome to Larry's world lol
You got new Taylor fan ❤from India Nagaland
Oh the one from the reputation tour is much much better. This isn't the whole song
Good luck getting tickets. Her shows are sold out everywhere and resale ticket prices in US are nuts. Don't travel somewhere counting on being able to buy a ticket at the door. That would probably be an unpleasant surprise.
Gotta do this song from Reputation Tour not Eras.. it’s SO MUCH better!! So happy you’re enjoying Tay!
Yes that is what everyone is saying. Sens me a link on IG I want to do some!
This version is good but you should watch it from the reputation tour. It was new and she had an anger and attitude that this version dosent have
Review O did something bad live reputation tour. So good
Do the live version
I hope yu have a great time. I went. Bring ear plugs. lol.
The ending was transitioning into another song. Lol.
Please try checking out Lana Del Rey’s music too. Taylor is a big fan of her too.
Review long pond sessions My Tears Ricochet
the rep tour version is better, she was a bit more savage
That’s not the best performance, try the Reputation Tour instead
