Returned an X7 13 distance after a spare top took an eternity to turn up from Holland, is the spares situation better now?

You need to live in Soith Africa it's even worse, no spare parts at dealers. Shimano is loosing serious against other competitors, as iam a Shimano supporter but Diawa is really showing them who is who .
