OpenBVE NYC Subway: R179 J from Chambers St Relay Track to Canal St

Testing the switches and playerpath feature with a R179 J starting service from the Chambers St Relay track. This route begins service here even though the tracks to/from Broad St are still coded. 1.10.1 allows for both track switching and operating on adjacent rails if the player wishes to.
