I enjoyed watching Ultraman when I was growing up and later on had the distinct honor of meeting the actor who portrayed him.

It took me over ten years of existence to realize that the reasn why I am obsessed with ultraman, is how georgeous is his eyes when they glow in the dark.

Ultraman tip 1 : If you can’t beat it to death, always use the spinning death circle or beam
Ultraman tip 2 : Even if you can beat it to death, use the beam anyway.
Ultraman tip 4: if neither of the two works, look for a strange alternative way, such as bathing in acid, disintegrating from existence, flying him off the planet or wherever your imagination reaches.
6:12 this scene when I was a kid was so bizarre and I just watch it with blacked face cause I was so confused. Why is he dying from water then when I rewatch again they explained this alien was once a human astronaut Jamillar who was abandoned by his country. He stumbled on an unknown planet without water or food or even air. He has so much hatred and wanted revenge and mutate into this monstrosity and came back to earth after decade. He resist to flames but weak to water cause it was like his skin was sliced, stabbed by a heated knife over and over again his story is just tragic.

As an Ultraman fan, I understand the premise of the fight scenes are about showing martial arts. Having said that...I always thought it was FUNNY that Ultraman would choose hand-to-hand combat instead of throwing his sawblade lasers or using his beams. I mean, would you risk your life by wrestling an alligator.. Or just shoot it with a bazooka?!?!
Think of it this way, imagine making and setting up a villain for your superhero to fight, it'd be pretty anticlimactic and unfair for the villain to just die instantly
@@kgsrobotaddiction Yes, I totally agree...but in a combat situation, it makes no sense. It's like The Lord of the Rings would be a 5 minute movie if Frodo had the Eagles fly him to Mt. Doom to destroy the ring!😁

Bruh I use to play his game on the snes when I was like 11 , the monsters where hard af to beat, give ultaman props cuz punching and kicking things that shoot fireballs out the ass is not easy lol

He's an American astronaut who got unlucky during his trip in space, where he got mutation from waste stuff in space and he's trying to go back home but to met his demised
Water is his actual weakness and the moment he get contact by the water
It feel as the water is some kind of hot oil(these is how i described seeing him in pain)
That's why Jamila is one of a tragic Kaiju who die in the hand of Ultraman not knowing Jamila is a human

Well I don't think so. Usually in dangerous stunts, they just stuff the suit so no one gets harmed, but I could see the confusion

My favorite ultraman kills have to be in ultraman ace, when ace punches a core sample out of the kaiju, cuts its head off and just to make sure it's dead blasts it with a ray blast; and ultraman taros ultra dynamite. Try the ultra man kill count videos

The creator of ultraman, Eiji Tsubaraya is the co-creator of Godzilla so theres confusion around here and also Toho let them use the old suits and sound effects for this series that including Godzilla and the mothra sound
