Awesome! Congrats on getting a corner named after him in Austin as well!
Despite working in the sport for a number of years, the high point of my F1 experience was Mario’s over-taking of Jody at the Queen’s Hairpin at Long Beach, 1977.
I was there, and it was joyous . . .
Waw the McLaren boss kept his promise. I remember he mentioned he would let Mario drive a modern car on one of the race grids earlier in the year!
It's the second drive he's promised and delivered on- the first was letting Ricciardo drive one of Dale Sr.'s cars last year if he won a race. He took his drive at COTA.
such a nice drive for a man in his age. Yes, he is not going on the edge but still a progression can be seen in this 4 minutes video and he is really coping with the g-forces. Most people in 80s have problems to go with their cars in traffic.
Long Live Mario Andretti!!
82 years old... i can't stop thinking about this... 82 years old!!😯
I remember watching him race as a kid. He was awesome
That was awesome! What a legend.
You absolutely LOVE to see it.
That car in those colors look beautiful
Awesome! Rode with him at XFINITY Racway, ride of my life. Just listen to that engine!! MUSICAL!
That livery looks so cool on that car. Ofc the vodafone-chrome-livery is also a classic, but I really would have liked to see that one on those cars as well.
Mario has a difficult time here, TAKING THE SMILE OFF HIS FACE lol what fun he must have had
Awesome video.
82 years old🤯👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Old cars on new livery is so damn sick man 💪💪🔥
Not gonna lie, that early 2010-s Mclaren looks cool with the current livery
Once World champion, forever World champion! Legendary!
