I recently bought the Milwaukee M12 Fuel Insider Extended Reach Box Ratchet 3050-20 and wondered how its low profile sockets compared to ones I already had in my toolbox, the Snap On Tools and Astro nano sockets.
In this video I put them on the Milwaukee ratchet and measure to see which combo is the lowest profile. Which is the lowest?
    Let's watch and find out.

Good job on the video, I myself passed on the insider and just got the nano sockets. The nano sockets are still a better option as you can use them in a 17mm wrench for those super tight areas.

Thanks for the tips! Having multiple low profile options is always a good plan. When you have that one tough situation that it gets you through, it makes it worth it.

When you open the caliper up just put your right thumb on the grey plastic knurled part and pull …. You don’t need to roll the wheel it will roll as you pull

I’ve got the Asro sockets in 3/8 and the Quinn 1/2 socket sets in both SAE and Metric
I’m not 100 percent sure but I believe Asro makes them as well.
I really wish the Insider fit those other sockets😔 they’re currently some of my favorite ones. I’m thinking about buying that insider but I’m not sure if I wanna bother with another tool with stuff that only works on it in my box…. My box is pretty packed😂

It's a fairly expensive tool to buy and not get used. I always think for a while before I buy. Impulse buys usually hurt the wallet. Keep me posted on what you decide. Thanks for watching and commenting.

That damn SAE set is out of stock and for $45 for 8 pieces is ok… Amazon has them for $95!!!🖕🏼
Guys at work are gonna talk shit tomorrow 🤣
      Thanks for the informative vid!

@@shanersmechaniclife3164oh and if you ever like doing HF stuff those newish Quinn shallow sets are nice, like I said I think they’re just Asro Nano like Husky did a few years back but I’m not sure. They are holding up good and I’m not like a HF fanboy😂

Koken z series sockets are very low profile. Would like to see how low the size would have been on the ratchets the sockets are design for. Snap-on on Snap-On ratchet, Astro on the Astro ratchet etc.. Good video..

That's a good point. I figured I'd use the same ratchet so it would be just about the sockets. Maybe I'll do a follow up video if I get the other ratchets.
