I had never watched any of Feng Shaofeng dramas b4 until "The Legend of Zhuohua". I was so captivated with his acting and thought he's so handsome at his age. I decided to watch "SHINING Just for You" and it was not a disappointment. He has good chemistry with all the FL that he plays in dramas with...🥰❤👍
I just noticed that that the actress playing one of the princesses, Qi Hai Lian (Cheng Xiao Meng), was also in Goodbye My Princess (as the Yongning princess). This show is full of winks for GMP, I love it ! 😆
I've watched all episodes, it's worthwhile. Due to changing government regulations the drama had to be re-edited and cut down from 40 episodes to 25. But it maintained its unusual beautiful story. The acting of the main and most supporting cast is superb. The costumes are extraordinary and the music is beautiful. This is a very recommendable piece of work

Yay Feng Shaofeng!!! I have waited for an other ancient story with him AND English subtitles!!! He maybe my kids age, but I became fascinated with him after watching Ming Lan.
The script, the costumes and the choice of actress so remind me of Goodbye My Princess and make me feel like princess Xiao Feng is having her revenge on another Li Cheng Yin 😆

I really wanted to watch another historical drama with Penguin Xiaoran and decided to search up her name on the drama site and found a list of dramas where she is playing lead roles for 2023 that has yet to be announced. I haven’t watch this drama yet so I’m excited. Everyone is saying it’s a sad ending but you know what it was “good bye my princess,” that really made me love Penguin Xiaoran her acting was amazing I cried, I got mad, I was sad, etc I also love her in Jun ju ling which was also pretty sad even if she got a happy ending, although I will admit it would be nice to see her actually play role where she still has her family at least

I juat finished watching The Long Ballad and it's quite interisting that the queen her and Chu Ye are both starred in The Long Ballad as mother and son Khatun Yicheng and Young Khan Sher .. Also, I just finished watching Chu Jiaoling wherein Ye (Peng Xiao Ran) here is the starred actress of that series. Amazing
The friendship between the female lead and the princess sooooooooooo remind me of the princess Xiao Feng and Ah Du in Goodbye My Princess… except Peng Xiao Ran was then the princess and is now the « servant/bodyguard/lady companion » 😁

They worshipped it. Yu Xiu Ming in here under the alias of general Xie, specifically dissed them many times on their illogical and barbarian practices.
That's not even the issue at this point. Like why these two stupid girls stood up there in the middle while everybody was running for their lives 😑 And as if it was not enough, they "saved " the princess and left her friend like she couldn't just follow them. All of these just to make a dramatic entry for the fabulous male lead😑😑 Logic please???? And then they make the female lead "brave" for no good reason. I really want to watch this drama but I think I should leave my common sense aside and enjoy the view 😩

For those like me who can't get the tragic ending of Goodby My Princess, let me promote a good drama whereby our girl gets to play a very intelligent FL who's above her enemies. Jun Jiu Ling. Peng Xio Ran nor the writers disappoint, its a HEVA. Jin Han is the ML. He certainly has improved.
