I have a issue on olive video editor Can u fix it ? 😢 before I used win 7 that was amazing performance of olive side then I upgraded to win 10. from starting itself literally olive app crashes like a hell..but other softwares are so so fine. When I tried to install any other Editing softwares I got same kind of bug ! Please help me out of these issues 🙏😭 Because of this my Channel videos get Stopped 🥺 Do u have any solutions ?
Do you have 4 or 2 GB or RAM? It might be that win 10 consumes more RAM and that makes video editing fail. I also have tried Olive on my new computer and it was quite bad performance-wise (extreme RAM usage). Do you still have (or know) which version you used on windows 7? it might be that if you use the same version, it will be equally as stable...
@@opensourcebug8028 Thank you... I do consider it ... I'll go back to 7 then , it's 2 GB RAM I think this is the reason why I got crashes also the debug showing sRGB ICCP warning there only I confused.. Anyhow I'll try your Suggestions.. Thank you ! 🙏
Hey, I just tried Olive again and it didn't blow up RAM as it did last time. Perhaps last time my video file was just too long/big. What you should try is open task manager (CTRL SHIFT ESC) and look at "Memory". If dragging a video into olive makes the RAM go to 100% and Olive crashes the moment RAM becomes 100%, then it indeed might be the problem. You could also try kdenlive and/or shotcut
@@opensourcebug8028 Yeah ! You are absolutely correct, I tried shotcut. First 10 mins it did great job but after that I faced same kind of problems. I tried olive after I reduced RAM usage but now everything is Perfect except Sequence viewer that's not real-time. Did you know how to fix a sRGB Profile ? I think this causes everything
If the console panel appears blank, make sure you switch the console to "Debug Database View" using the hamburger menu in the panel.
