+Hellblazer Bryan Cranston was way overrated as Walter White. Just like Breaking Bad has always been an overrated show, hardly better than the shows that were on around that time. Both Jon Hamm and James Gandolfini had a way bigger impact with their performances.
Whoopsie DayZ "hardly better than the shows that were on around that time" really ? okay, tell me what was better then breaking bad.. i can agree with mad men because i love it almost as much as breaking bad bryan cranston was overrated ? man srsly ? his acting in breaking bad was damn top-notch
+Zuberec Productions Bryan Cranston is overrated since he won every prize, every year. Jon Hamm was just as good if not better in some parts. When Breaking Bad was in the air there was Boardwalk Empire, which had a weaker last season but the first four were very solid and Breaking Bad season 5 also wasn't exactly that great. I thought shows like Hannibal, True Detective season 1 were also on TV at the same time as Breaking Bad but I looked it up and they came after. But still, everyone acts like Breaking Bad is the single best thing on TV but that's simply not true. It doesn't have as much depth as The Sopranos and Mad Men. Overall these shows are better I'd say. Also I think Better Call Saul is better than Breaking Bad so far. Breaking Bad hasn't aged that great and it's not the most fun show to rewatch.
Whoopsie DayZ breaking bad isn’t overrated it is top 5 shows ever. Mad Men is up there too considering it is one of the few shows which doesn’t centre around a sociopath who is a high end criminal.
@@charliestrong1690 Mad Men is better than Breaking Bad. Breaking Bad is great but it's just popcorn entertainment. It hardly ever asks you difficult questions or makes you think about certain topics, or life in general. Sopranos, Mad Men were way better written and have a way bigger impact on you when you watch them. Take the ending for example. What do we learn or take away from the Breaking Bad ending? Nothing. It is a good end to the story but what actually happened? Walt became more and more of a douchebag until finally he changes a little bit for the better and saves Jesse. Is that all there is? Mad Men and The Sopranos make you think, until the very last second of the show. Breaking Bad is just entertainment. When you rewatch Breaking Bad, you don't find many new things. It's very straightforward. When you rewatch Mad Men and The Sopranos for the fifth time, you'll still find new things in every episode.
What a masterpiece! I must say I feel like this show doesn't get as much love as it deserves, especially in youtube, and you made up for that completely. Such a wonderful combination of songs and emotions.
@@jshnicl Lmao this. Breaking Bad never reaches the same depth as Mad Men. Better Call Saul is even better than Breaking Bad. The writing is better and the characters are better in both BCS and Mad Men. Breaking Bad was very popular in the end and because of that, pretty overrated.
I'm in sales. Whenever I hit a rut and sales becoming stagnant.... I revisit Madmen and watch Don's greatest pitches. Lucky Strike, Kodak Carousel, Bell Jolie my favorites. Watching Don at the top of game is inspiring and I'm back in the game, ready to go. However, in the midst of watching his pitches I'm drawn back into the series. I've rewatched about 7 times. Each time I catch something new. This is the greatest tv series of all time and that's saying something....
@Teringventje Mad Men is pretty much the only show that brings you this close to the characters. I also felt sad when it ended, I followed the show for years. There's nothing wrong with that. If you think that guy's comment was bad, how long have you even been on youtube?
Don't know who put that together, but great job! Best written TV series in history in my humble opinion. And not just John Hamm's character. That show was so rich with characters who developed amazingly throughout the series, it was amazing to watch.
I keep returning to this and the "There is no Big Lie" montage. The more I watch them the more I appreciate how considered every aspect of them are - the music correlates with the words and scenes so well. Thank you, you have a real talent. In a league with Matthew Weiner himself!
It's only been a short few days and the last show has now been seen.. But after watching this video..it feels like an old friend...one I'll deeply miss and never really see again.. like the first time. This IS..the best tribute I've seen..great job!
@@mboiko I hardly go out because of the pandemic going on right now which has forced us to stay at home. Brilliant. Just like the Kodak Carousel pitch from season 1. :) The best Mad Men tribute I have seen. Thank you. Oh and excellent song choices. Love Alexi Murdoch. Wait is a fantastically beautiful song and just fits perfectly with your montage. Outstanding.
Ok, so I "liked" this video. BUT, I wish there an option to indicate that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this video! Thank you so much for making it and for sharing with us!
Even being this one a great video and also even when I like this tribute so much I almost cried no montage can make honor to one of the best series ever created. Than you MadMen,Thank's Don.
@Drake Also I can't forget about Al Swearengen. He didn't have as much screen time, but he was so good in Deadwood. Shame the show was ended short, if not I'm sure he would be in that list too.
Great to have you back! Unfortunately, because Mad Men is on my list to watch after I finish The Wire, I won't watch this because I want to avoid spoilers. Still nice that you're making videos on youtube again! :D
Really great work in every video...i think you should try some videos with Tomas Shelby from Peaky blinders, some Work with Suits and some work with Frank Underwood from House of Cards....Keep up the good work mate
One of those shows you know you'll be watching over and over again for the rest of your life.
To my brother Mad Men will always be the greatest series of TV history.

from which episode this line?
Can Önce it’s not from the show it’s from the movie American Psycho.
My perfect “wake up” video every day for the last 7 years.
He was wonderful in this. No one could have been better for this, perfect. So charming ,handsome, but untouchable
Juste magnifique. Mad Men est plus qu'une série, c'est la vie en général.
Happines is a moment before you need more happines...what a show. What a video. Amaizing
Jon Hamm doesn't get enough credit for his performance is this show very underrated.

Very well done series with fine actors, clothes, and nostalgia. Am Sallys age so is memorable for that also.
Absolutely slow-clap worthy of an editing performance. Brilliant work. Thank you so much for sharing.
amazing... Mad men really hit me... When it ended it was like saying goodbye to your good friends... does this makes any sense? miss them so much.

This is unbelievably well done. I wish I could watch it all again for the first time.
Fantastic work fella. No other show or movie or any other work of fiction has ever hit me like Mad Men did. Sublime.
Very nostalgic of a bygone era... Nice! 👌👍

this video is so incredibly nostalgic.
This was incredibly well put-together.
This is THE edit, congratulations. I miss Mad Men as hell.
Bravo! Very nicely done...it captures the sentiment and feeling of the series...makes me want to watch the entire run again.
I struck a gold mine once I found all the videos I've missed recently.
Keep 'em coming!
Another spectacular montage. I look forward to the final episodes of Mad Men but I can honestly say that I'm going to miss it after it is over.
Nice use of the Inside Llewyn Davis soundtrack. I always thought that film could've taken place in the same universe as Mad Men.
This is awesome. God I love this story.
How does this only have 21000 views? IT NEEDS MORE.
Your edits and tributes are great Sir! I appreciate them!
Wow.. Sin apalabras y con una lágrima.
Not even 100k views? Criminal. This is the best thing on RUclips.
Thank you for this amazing tribute
This is brilliant and amazing it makes the show look like a movie god I love this show so much so sad it's coming to an end
I agree, it's the end of an era
People haven't got mental capacity to comprehend what the show is all about
Ok, so I "liked" this video. BUT, I wish there an option to indicate that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this video! Thank you so much for making it and for sharing with us!
Wow, this is one of the best edited videos I've ever seen. Far better than what marketing firms could come up with, for money. Ironically :)
Even being this one a great video and also even when I like this tribute so much I almost cried no montage can make honor to one of the best series ever created.
Than you MadMen,Thank's Don.
fcking best character ever in cinema history
Tv but i agree on cinema as well
@Drake Both Tony and Don were amazing. Can't pick a favourite.
@Drake Also I can't forget about Al Swearengen. He didn't have as much screen time, but he was so good in Deadwood. Shame the show was ended short, if not I'm sure he would be in that list too.
Perfect video. Deserves 100 million views.
