- We had a busy week. The dogs found some of the last stragglers on texas flat and we drifted cows south the lower elevation pastures all week. We had the kids with us for a day as well. We are grateful for everyone who watches and want to say thank you! Go check out our Shopify and Instagram!

I assume the collars on the cattle are GPS?
So interesting to see how different things are there from here, I worked on a ranch here for many years. 70 miles north of Dallas Texas, so enjoy you day to day work very much.
We got 2” rain from the same system you got some moisture from.
Yes they are, those cattle belong to our friend who is leasing part of this permit. He is one of the first ones in this area to have these collars, so we are all watching to see how they work and if they are worth the cost. Thanks for watching happy Holidays!!
Do the dogs ever track anything besides cattle?
When they were younger they would chase elk on occasion, but now days they are pretty good to stay on cows. It does take some training, but they naturally want to hunt cows.

That is a great question we wish we knew the answer to. She came out of a black white faced cow and a Black angus Bull. Last year she had a red calf!!!! She must have some gene in her that is really messed up. ha ha Thanks for watching
