    @2:00 unless it’s a 20/30-year-old realtor. They look at you like you’re crazy. To them desperate meant accept offer at list price. 😂 they’ve never actually represented the seller in the first place. They were just self-serving.

    Home sellers are desperate i know 4 people trying to sell and if they dont in a few months bankruptcy, foreclosure is what they are facing

      Bad situation to be in. If they get in a contract with a buyer who can't perform and ties up their property for awhile..."poof"!

    This SF market is not slowing down. I got tired of looking at overpriced junk for the last 2 years. Buying a new construction and so excited.

    Rates are going up and inflation will continue to rise unless unemployment goes up. I hate to say it, but the Fed needs to increase rates not cut.

    Living in Florida for some time, I learned you're just 1 Hurricane away from disaster. I suspect a roof in your area averages more than the cost of mint 1968 numbers matching Dodge Charger.

      Thanks for watching and commenting. A waning tide sinks all boats, when the shit hits the fan everyone will feel it. It only took 10% of the market to be in distress to rock the national market 30%. Many markets got hit much harder. Next time will be worse. My market is more insulated than others but everyone will feel the pain.
