Many markets got hit much harder. Next time will be worse. My market is more insulated than others but everyone will feel the pain.

Home sellers are desperate i know 4 people trying to sell and if they dont in a few months bankruptcy, foreclosure is what they are facing

This SF market is not slowing down. I got tired of looking at overpriced junk for the last 2 years. Buying a new construction and so excited.
Rates are going up and inflation will continue to rise unless unemployment goes up. I hate to say it, but the Fed needs to increase rates not cut.
