Manuel Antonio National Park is located a few minutes’ drive from Quepos, on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.
Admission fees for non locals were $16 US dollars per person at time of filming but are now $18 US dollars per person.
The site is very well maintained and some of the trails lead you into the dense Costa Rican jungle.
Manuel Antonio National Park is definitely one of the must see places in Costa Rica.

Those iguanas are quite used to humans (and, more importantly, don't like the way we taste lol). Don't those squirrel monkeys make the most insane jumps/leaps? They were impressive to watch.

Rewatching here my friend! I have always wanted to go to Costa Rice! The country really is so vibrant with an amazing amount of wildlife there! I could spend weeks exploring those rainforests, very jealous of you my friend!
Costa Rica's biodiversity is incredible - Although I have already been, it is still top 5 on my list of places I want to go (or, in this case, return) to.

Correct - I saw numerous monkeys going for backpacks when their owners were swimming or not looking. Plus, the food humans carry generally isn't the type of food that is healthy for the animals

How's the situation in Costa Rica now? Are there any curfew in place?
Good question Victor! I wish I knew but (unfortunately) I do not live there.
@@TaintedMango How was your overall stay? Is it a safe country? Is it expensive? Do you recommend it for vacation?
Overall stay? = incredible
Safe country ?= everyone we met there was very friendly - we did not have one bad experience
Is it expensive? = similar prices that you find in North America (in the "touristy" places"), so yes, when compared to other Central/South American countries.
Do you recommend? = Absolutely! The country's natural beauty and the people's friendliness definitely make it a "must see" place, in my opinion. I will definitely go back for more.
Actually we experienced more wildlife on the mangrove tour.

How much is the total hike in miles
If you explore all the trails in the park, it is approximately 5 miles out and back. If you only complete the “beach” trail it is approximately 2 miles out and back. If you haven’t already, don’t forget to subscribe! 😀
