This more "behind the scenes" filming style is honestly so much better than any other you've done. The little cameos and reactions, just felt more immersive. Loved it.
100% agree. I lost interest in hacksmith for a period of time because of the style they were doing. This is far better. Also, when james sat down with bogdan to discuss what to do with the gauntlet reminded me of the talks me and my father have sometimes. This editing style connects with people on far a deeper level. (forgive my copypasta here.)
This video felt to me like a more behind-the-scenes of the building process - showing failures, discussing ideas, feedback and team members interacting. To be honest, I like it more than the "whoah, look, so awesome" *explosions* videos - I think the result is cool, but so is the process, and so are the interactions and journey of the people making the final tech. The editing was also 10/10! I liked the added funny stuff.
This is my favorite Hacksmith video I've seen in a while: and it's mostly because it's such a human experience! The trial and error, the mistakes and mentoring, and all the messing around with each other that shows why you guys are such a family, and not just a corporate entity. Thanks Hacksmith!

Long term goal idea for the final iron man suit way in the future. If you decide to go with this laser on the final final suit, it would be cool to see you somehow integrate both nozzles into the arm piece and do some sort of electronic in JARVIS that allows the suit to swivel between the short nozzle and the long distance one on command. Like put both into the arm piece next to each other on a piece that moves left and right and clicks it in place dependant upon which one you needed.
The extra effort of making every part of the project with lasers is just commendable commitment to the theme of the video, even if it didn't fully work out it was still awesome.
As an amateur engineer and blacksmith, your videos have taught me so much! ...like the crushing realization that if I want to build a functional Iron Man suit I'm gonna need about 10 million dollars!

Given how Stark's "laser" acts and that he already has a source of agitated particles, I think his "laser" is not a laser at all - there's no photons in it, it's just a beam of carefully focussed "repulsor juice" (remember those tubes he had filling his first gauntlet prototype?) output through some kind of expendable "lens module".
I have some advice for you. Everybody in the iron man tech industry makes all of the Armour out of really thin metal leaving it not protective. if you made It bigger like in the move where the armor it's almost 2 inches thick leaving more room for tech like the Lazer you showed in the beginning so you could have more power full tech in the armor. Or take inspiration from Alex lab is doing amazing work creating the skeleton or insides of the suits from the movie in real life making it more compact and more powerful all you would need to do is create a shell around something like that and your gauntlets could become so more advanced
I hope that they would combine all of there iron man projects to make a real iron man suit including 2 of the repulsor, this laser (or the plasma glove or the rocket launcher by jairus of all), the helmet and HUD, the arc reactor, some of the flying like iron man stuff and the Exo-Skeleton James made. This would be crazy if you guys would do this.

Being that Iron Man's MK2 suit cut through the steal hammer suits instantly without having to hold the laser in place it makes me wonder just how much power the arc reactor can actually produce. He had 2 lasers going off at once, while also flying around and running an onboard AI still at least decades more advanced than anything we have now. Not to mention all the other systems it runs. No outside power source, all of it just coming from his chest. Wild.
Dont know if you know but vinegar is awesome at relieving pain from all kinds of burns. Heat burns, chemical burns even steam burns. It really is amazing stuff. My mom accidently spilled boiling water/soup. I'm not sure anymore but sat for more than 12 hours at the kitchen table with her hand in a pan of vinegar. I put ice in a zip lock in the vinegar to keep it cool and her skin healed quite nice compared to how bad the burn looked

There is something related with Iron-man that you haven't faced yet (well... you know what I mean): a suit that resists heavy damage like walls falling over you and other strong strikes. That would be awesome as well... and it might be applicable for some jobs actually.
