While I do appreciate the info, I always recommend people to reverse, threaded pieces backwards until it pops into the threads to prevent cross threading.
@TheBurnoutShow that seems like a dumb question now hahaha, thanks for the reply though. This video helped a lot! My filter was stuck on tight and I had to man handle it, but I got it done! Saved liked $200 (AUD) doing it myself.
The filters can be tough sometimes. A lot of people over tighten them and then they just get stuck on there. There’s a few methods to get the stuck ones off easier that we’ve featured in some of our other oil change videos.

What size filter?
Just curious how often you'd recommend an oil filter change be done?
