TOWARDS YOU: Part II

The Rose Choir, PSU's advanced Tenor-Bass Choir performs music by Gwyneth Walker, Franz Schubert, and Rene Clausen exploring the motivation to live life to its fullest in trying times. The Thorn Choir, our advanced Soprano-Alto Choir sings music by Edward Elgar, Giuseppe Verdi, and Reed Criddle as well as music from 11th Century Bulgaria on emerging from Winter's cold. The concert concludes with both choirs combining to perform Gustav Holst's majestic Nunc Dimittis which was written just over 100 years ago as choirs were able to sing again after a similar silence to ours that was imposed on choirs by the Spanish Flu.
