I'm gonna call you out again on this. There IS gas available on the Meritage side. You CAN tie into gas for a generator or if you so choose, pipe your home for the appliances. Its not built into the home. I own here. Please stop giving false info. Please check with the higher sources you said you were going to check with. People are refusing to buy here because realtors are relaying false info.
Call me out all you want, All of these videos were filmed on the same day weeks ago, I am working on another video confirming gas is available either throughout the entire community or only portions. NO ONE FROM HIGHER UP has confirmed anything to me. Also if the builder tells me the homes don't have gas available then this is what my videos will say. Buyers are not refusing to buy in a community because they have gas or not. I've had clients purchase because of the amenities the community offers rather than it having gas. Equal amounts of my clients like one or the other. And the average buyer is not going to buy a home thats on electric and retrofit the home to switch over the gas appliances, water heater etc. The generator is also another expensive item that most buyers just don't the money to pay for other than a portable generator. You can say all you want that I am giving false info but again these videos were filmed on the same day before you commented on the first video, I am not deleting all my videos I spend hours on because of one person said gas is available on the Meritage Side with no YES OR NO from someone higher up at the builder. Next time I am in the community I will look for any house that has a generator. Its interesting why the builder would not hook up to the gas lines if they were already there as well. I am going under contract with a client today as well in the community.
@@rithbubu728 Hi rithbubu728, I actually ran into Jason about 1 week ago in the community. While I was there checking on a house another one of my clients just went under contract on, I went inside to speak with the sales people at Meritage and they will not give me a yes or no. Jason came up to me after grabbing his mail and him and I had a good conversation and he did point out where a gas box / locator was on the Meritage side. Like I explained to Jason, If any builder tells me their community has or does not have something thats what I am going over in my videos. Still to this date no one from the Builder has told me anything that gas is available, I am assuming as well after talking with Jason that yes gas is running through the Meritage community but to what extent we don't know for sure if its up and down every street or only certain areas etc. If I ever confirm this information I will relay it in one of my future videos on the Brystol at Wylder community etc. Thanks for leaving a comment, Happy Holidays.

What are the property taxes on this or similar homes?
