Any more communities being built out west by other builders; kolter etc.? There's also an area Oak Ridge Ranches (Solaris) being developed. Would like to know more... I'm not a fan of Lennar.
@@sophiasophia7790 I know projects are in the works but I can’t answer 100% who the builders will be and/or when they’ll start when I was talking to the Sales Lady at Meritage homes. Meritage is trying to bid or trying to buy a big chunk of land directly to the west of Wilder currently.
@@pedrobisono747 I recorded three walk-through tours the same day that I filmed the community tour. Those videos are going to start coming out hopefully by tomorrow and then I will have some more videos coming out over the next couple weeks, so make sure you subscribe to the channel and check back, but yes, I do have some walk-through tours already filmed they just need to be edited before I can post them on RUclips.
