    I made these for myself last winter and I’m still wearing them constantly! Just got some wool to make another pair for my mom for Christmas 🌞

    Great tutorial!! Just made my gloves and they look amazing. Thank you so much for this!! I tried to make it a rectangle. Just don't chain one while starting the slip stitch row and you'll be good to go. It came out as a perfect rectangle.

      Never give up! Takes a while to get the hang of this remember that the creator of this video doesn't show things like mistakes, and how long it takes
      I am fairly experienced and it took me a week to get a foundation row done right.
      Crochet is about the work you are doing to keep you in the moment.
      After years it becomes muscle memory

    thank you for uploading this, I'm excited to try it out!!! i also wanted to ask if you had any tips/videos for how to do a foundation double crochet? doing anything other than a foundation chain is a little tough as a beginner so I've been lost 😅

    • @brittanyalicecrochet
      @brittanyalicecrochet  2 года назад +1

      I understand that! You can try this video here: ruclips.net/video/8pkADI3QI6M/видео.html
      If you're worried about making the foundation single crochet for this project, you instead can make a chain and then just go back down on that chain with single crochets :)

    this looks like a pattern I really wanted. Thank you for sharing. Why do you cast on the stitches in this way and not do an ordinary chain ? It looks fab.

    • @brittanyalicecrochet
      @brittanyalicecrochet  Год назад

      Hi there! Sometimes a foundation chain is a little restrictive and not quite so stretchy, so I used a foundation single crochet for this project for more comfort and stretch. You can definitely use a foundation chain and then simply make a single crochet in each chain for row 1 though :)

    Hi Brittany! If I want to make the hand warmer shorter, do I keep my foundation single chains odd numbers , for examples, 49 fsc or 51 fsc for row 1?
