Yes I believe we all get signs. My husband passed 3 years ago. He loved all the deer around our home, anyway these deer come now on a weekly visit!! I used to go to theropist for years after parents passed. I have not been back I even not going to family doctor off of medications since husband passed. I grieve everyday we only have one child a son. I don't know what to say except you and Chris and John's family is in my thoughts and prayers. Grief,depression is and has consumed me I taking one moment at a time. Just please know I love you and Chris and John was and will be loved,remembered and not forgotten. I know what you’re saying with people being heartless jerk offs. I have been there and it’s so frustrating when you are a loving soul and it’s hard to process why others are so hateful and feel no guilt. I will never understand how people can live with themselves after recklessly and often deliberately hurting others.
I am a single mom of two and do it all on my own. Plus my son has special needs. He is autistic, epileptic, and has a brain injury.♥️

My husband died in 2000. He was only 39 years old. He died of ALS. I’m totally feeling your pain right now and can relate to the shopping and such. I went to the mall the day after he died I had to find something to wear, and I went to gymboree to buy his occupational therapist baby a gift. He wanted me to do that.
In 2002 I met my little boy that I was going to adopt he was only 10 months old. He is 22 now and has been diagnosed with fetal alcohol syndrome. He now has a girlfriend and they are doing good. You are so right about protecting John. And I love what you said about having a mental health issue, brain injury or whatever. It’s the invisible Disability as u know. My son did not graduate high school and I’m sure my family thinks there’s some laziness going on or whatever But he is making it out there and says he’s happy Our relationship is good some days and struggles the next I will always be there to protect him like you did for John ❤
And I can totally relate to those thrift store, fines. I don’t like these things as well. But I’ll buy new things and I will remember what u said about you found it that’s enough and pass more things on to others instead of holding onto it ❤

Marina grief unfortunately has no time frame. I lost my mom a year ago and sometimes it feels like yesterday. I wish I could tell you when you're start to feel better. I think all of these things that you are finding are all signs from John showing that he's always there with you

I have been so in shock when I came home and heard aboutJohn . I have spent almost the whole month of May in California helping my son and daughter in law to watch their children . They are my grandchildren and I had a wonderful time being with them and keeping an eye on my wonderful babies !! It’s just sohard for me to even think of your husband being gone ! I feel so sorry for you and yet it’s like the good book tells us !! God never gives us more than we can handle !! That’s what has been keeping me going for the last 3years !! I have lost two uncles that I was very close too!! They were brothers of my mother !! I am the oldest in a family of ten children and I absolutely feel like I have lost 3 of my own children as far as losing three of my brothers this year !! I’m sorry , but I just really can’t talk about all of this anymore right now !! Just know that I love you and I’m thinking of you whenever you want to talk I’ll be here!!
It’s funny how we are guided through life if we only listen to the little cues we are given through life. I am so glad you found so many gorgeous things. Grief share is that a support group you go to one losing a loved one? I took my dad to one when I lost my aunt I really wanted my dad to go when we lost my mom for him and it got him to go and really helped us both heal it was goid to see we weren't alone in our grief 💔😥
Vent all you want honey and talk about John. When my hubby passed people wouldn't talk about him and when I did they would have a weird look on their faces. I needed to talk about him so bad. So talk all you want .
He also came to me in a dream and told him he is happy and doing well . That gave me so much comfort

My husband died suddenly 10 years ago on 9/11/13 and I still have problems dealing with it today. He was a very loving and caring person. He was the only father figure in my grandson’s life. There is never the correct words to say to someone that has lost a love one, but we all want you to know that we love you and your son and that we have you in our prayers. It takes time to heal from grief and you must cry it all out until you have no more tears you do what you have to do to heal your heart.

I have been grieving the lost of my best friend/sister, she passed away in 2/28/2022. We had been childhood friends for 41 years at the time of her passing. I can say it’s not been easy. Grieving takes time.

Perfect comfortable shoes for the hardest day of your life. You will find your husband sends you a ton of signs. My husband has been gone 2 years and he sends me signs all the time. The signs help soothe my heart. Grief my friend is a long, long road. You’re at the very beginning stages. Be gentle to yourself.

There is a tiny paperback book called GOOD GRIEF and it explained the grieving process to me. You can read it so you know you are ok it just feels like you’re crazy sometimes cus you don’t feel like you think others think you should feel. It’s ok be you. He loved you as you are. Everything you found is just perfect. I think the Polo set in the navy is perfect. Try to rest if possible. I know especially until the arrangements are made and services are done and everything is followed up on, it is hard to sleep. I hope someone you trust can help you. Don't worry about how sad you are or for how long. It differs for everyone and also changes over time. My brother lost his wife Feb 2019 and is still grieving. I sometimes still break down over my cousin who died 50 years ago, not to mention my parents both gone quite many years. That was sweet that you baked because your mothering instinct kicked in. I think you are doing so well.
Losing a loved one is so very sad. Remember to be good to yourself with hydrating fruits & plenty of fluids, I feel your pain in that I've lost my father 2 years ago, and it still hurts. You're a good woman with a sweet spirit, never lose that.💕

He was sweet and kind hearted. We are not our mistakes. And some people don’t have much of a choice. When addiction is imbedded in our DNA one slip up could make a normal person an addict. Honestly I don't even know if there is a right way, or a cut off time with grief... people think that wow ok it's enough time now it is what it is move on , honestly it's not like that it depends on the person it hits everyone differently... I miss my nanny every single day ... I have my moments!! My dad is another story because he passed away when I was a baby so I have 0 memories of him I remember nothing I don't even have one picture with him... he passed away when he was 19 or 20!
