At fifty I am sick of hearing these long years that comprise most of my life "just a season." The worst part about being a childless single woman is that it doesn't offer extra opportunities to serve. In fact it is exactly the opposite. Women are only called to serve God as wives and mothers according to the Bible. And it feels as though God Himself has rejected me. The real sting.
Seeking God and his kingdom first is definitely important. I to am in a season of singleness; but God is equipping me to be a husband who will love my future wife like Jesus loved the church and live honorably in his sight.
You hit me there when you said God is jealous and He knows if you get a person before the proper time you might put him above God. I actually felt a confirmation from the Holy Spirit that He loves me so much that's why he's concerned❤
I am divorced and newly single again. When I was single prior to marriage I saw marriage only as a legal means to have sex. I wasn't a Christian at the time, but believed that premarital sex was not good! So finally I did get married and we had three children. Then one by one we all got saved, or in my wife's case, rededicated her life to Jesus. Unfortunately I was addicted to drugs and ended up looking at inappropriate online things. It ultimately cost me my marriage. I am in a 12 step recovery program now and rededicated my life to Jesus. If my wife and I are not able to reconcile the marriage I will not remarry, but remain a eunuch for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven! Matt. 19:14. I do burn with having to remain celibate, but I don't want to allow lust to overcome me! Please pray for me and my family.
that nothing in this world can be equal to the unconditional love of Jesus for us, no one can ever find that exact love in this world and that's is it, it's the inevitable truth
Then seriously no one should want to get married, so we can all discover that wonderful unconditional love of Jesus and enjoy our lives basking in his love!
You are so encouraging. And I was at the place you were at but at the end of 23 about to be 24 in two months I got very impatient which led to 6 years of active rebellion, though I do not regret it….it caused A LOT OF PAIN. But it contributes to my service for the kingdom and I have a thrivung walk with God in my singleness now through my book. Cannot help but to wonder…I could have been married by now… but still…NO REGRETS!❤ Thank for you for filiming this cause again its very very encouraging❤

My thing is, every time I become single, someone just so happens to bump into me and its turns into a talking stage but when I am looking I see no one lol! My goal is one year completely to myself: no "talking", dating, or situationships or anything
I just know that I am single again and probably looking at singleness for the rest of my life. I don't mind living by myself, but I struggle with not being able to have sexual intimacy! Because of my Christian faith I must remain celibate and abstinent for as long as I am single. It's so difficult, because I miss that intimacy I had before the divorce. I don't want to remarry, but I know that I am going to have to remain celibate for the rest of my life. The thought of that is painful. I need prayer not to fall.
Paul said if you are struggling and burning with lust it is better to marry than burn. Why don't you seek God in this matter instead of being a dictator of your self. Grow after divorce and ask God for a better relationship. I mean, why can't you have it all?
@@peacetruth4802 Several places in the Scriptures teach that if a man is divorced he must remain unmarried or be reconciled to his wife. It also says if a divorced man marries another woman he is guilty of adultery. That's why I am unable to remarry, why I'm burning, and why I am not a dictator to myself! @@Anthony-yy3kc good point! I too am divorced and actually ok with the situation!I am not lonely, but I agree that sometimes the burning is intense. I'm not concerned about the possibility of being with another woman, but self pleasuring is difficult to refrain from!

God really can fill us with a more solid uplifting love than any man can. As humans we can not avoid hurting each other. So, we must try to appreciate all the benefits of being single. Watched your videos since I was 21...not been in a serious relationship and never approached seriously by Christian Gentlemen.It really hard that sometimes you want to just go with others who come by but again you dont want to be unequally yoked.....I want marriage,home children,love , companionship and continuously pray for it😢

I’ll be 23 this year, never had a boyfriend, never been on a date, and I’ve just felt so alone knowing that I’m in my early 20’s and never dated/had a boyfriend! This reminds me that there are other people like me, and that I have to trust God and His timing! 🥹💜
Prayer and action changes situation. I belive you are a women of god so I’m going to assume you pray. Action is the second important step. Attend a church. Do as I’m doing and reach out to people to connect with. Hopefully you’re doing better. Jesus loves you!
I came to purposely find a video about singleness and this is confirmation that the LORD is pleased with me. I am following each step in order and I thank God. I’ve been single for ten years never been in a serious relationship all my relationships revolved around sex it was no true connection or commitment. Ten years I served as a slave to sin, allowing my members to be part of adultery in fornication. This last man, pushed me further to God to point I had to surrender. I am no longer living to be a servant to sin, but a servant of the MOST HIGH GOD! To whom i understand that I must present my body as a living sacrifice. Romans 12:1-2
Marriage is not promised to anyone. It is usually granted to most people, but some are not chosen for marriage. Some Christians are called to remain single even though they want to be married. For these people, God is teaching them to surrender their desire for a spouse to him. A far fewer number of Christians are gifted with singleness, so they can serve the Lord with undistracted attention.
I think allot of people give into the peer pressure they to the point if. They don’t get married they worry themselves to death ending up depressed angry bitter unhappy. Because they don’t feel like they worthy too be complete.

Read your Bible daily for yourself. Start with the gospel of John to encounter Jesus Christ. Just 1 chapter a day keeps you consistent.
