This is free from obscurity. Very exact & straightforward. I think you are right about that. Thanks a lot for the information. It's greatly appreciated❤️
I couldn't agree more with you, Mike. I don't watch those videos that say "Stop using this...or use bussines English" To communicate English effectively, we need simple words that can express simple, and deep meanings. Instead of impressing others by using big words, just speak simply and clearly. If not people will think you are boring or even fool when you don't use those idioms, or big words in the right way. As well, I will keep learning idioms and more vocabulary, so I will be able to understand what I hear, read and watch. Thanks a lot, Mike. I feel happy and lucky to have you as our Super Teacher.😊😊😊
I couldn't agree more with you, Mike. Speaking simple and clear is the best choice to communicate with others well, so they will get us easily. I don't want to impress others. I just want to understand people and to be understood. Learning idioms is useful to improve our English skills, and to understand movies. You explain the things so clear like water that your lessons are amazing and wonderful. That's why I like to call you our Super Teacher, Mike. Thanks a lot.😊😊
Thank you teacher Mike. I am an educator and have been teaching English to students who want to speak English They get carried away with the kind of teaching you have mentioned . They complicate it so much . They forget that they had actually started learning a language so that they are able to communicate well.
I like the way you teach English. I encourage and I stand with you. I am sur you work hard and you are nice with people hundred pourcent. Thank you gentleman you are amazing and fantastic.
I agree with you! When i was younger i learnt english without particular idiom or phrasal verb and I communicated pretty well. Now i'm studying english again but i'm blocked and confused with this so-called english native speaker!
I am learning English to be qualified for passing TOFEL test , and getting high scores in the 4 test sections as that required for the FPGEE (pharmacy test ) . your videos are very helpful for me and i hope to give me an advice for speaking section specifically thank you
Yeah... just a little bit. By the way, I think you should consider changing 'Teacher Mike English' to 'Preacher Mike English'. The reason is... there is a lot of English teachers on YT... what this world really needs is English preachers to survive. @@TeacherMikeEnglish
Hi from Guatemala Teacher Mike, awesome class I appreciate it a lot, I wonder I if you could teach us how to use the word "seeing" in spoken English please, thanks for your help 😊
Hi! I recommend watching one of my videos about stativr verbs. I think that I have two. In both of them, I explain why we sometimes use stative verbs with continuous tenses.
Thank you Mr mike 😊 i’m Somali 🇸🇴, i’m struggling to keep learning English Language fluently, sow i confused how to use phrasal verbs in English😊 Thank you i’m looking for your response.
I couldn't agree more. Ignoring basic words in english is like biting more than we can really chew. I do learn every basic word, grammar lesson english
I fully agree with what you are saying. We use basic language while speakjng our native language. The main thing is to be able to express your thoughts in a simple way and tobe direct and specific. Thanks for sharing your point of view
Teacher Mike, I totally agree with you. Thank you for pointing it out. I sometimes find those videos quite annoying as they would mislead the learners using the words/phrases inappropriately in different situations.
Thank you so much Teacher Mike for this video.🙏 I was always confused which words and expressions are relevant and ok to use them. I concentrated on learning more advanced words. However as you said, it's good to know about them, because I'm able to realise them during a conversation. So technically it's useful, otherwise it's not necessary to use them in normal communication. I finally calm down and I'm focusing on my basic vocabulary. 😊
Hello teacher Mike thanks for the vedio but one question in here people say for an American accent we got to make our sound deeper and lauder just like Arnold schwazenger or Brad Pitt or sylvester stallone or the other old people do you think that is right? Do I need to have a deep and laud voice to sound more like native?
You definitely don't need to. However, if you come from a country where people speak in a very high pitch, you will probably want to make it just a little bit deeper. By the way, Arnold Schwarzenegger does not have an American accent. He was born in Austria.
Have gone through all of your life...was spellbinding... How is your life now with your thai love in the states? Somehow, respect boarding the reverence.
thanks a tons Mr Mike! i wanted to know if you could teach us about the pronunciation of "can and can't" when both have been said in normal conversation. As far as i know they might be pronounced the same way....
A youtuber says: A non-native Englsih speaker will probably say: xxxx, a native speaker will say: xxx. ?!?! Hey! We may not sound like a native speaker and yet as long as we get our message across...what's the problem? We shouldn't feel ashamed of expreessing our thoughts in the way we think it is the right way....How many Americans dare learn Spanish and try to communicate in the languiage?! Will they sound foreign to us? Sure, they will:...and yet the important thing is to really appreciate their effort to communicate in a foreign language as long as communication is not affected.
And all they care about is to make money of these videos they don't want you to stop up your English and believe they don't care about you they only care about the money 😅😅😅
Im problem with these videos that these people are teaching these videos don't even look up the information before making their videos and this is wost English learners time😅😅😅😅

Write about a funny story that happened with you?
Or write about a funny story that happened to you?
Which preposition is correct?
Write a funny story about something that happened to you.
