It helped me make a dust cover for a large machine that already had a hard back/front, soft sides dust cover.
I mostly followed the structural instructions you gave to put it altogether & I cheated by using the sewing machine instead of hand-stitch.
But, I really love it & the one you made is so cute!

This is a great cover, it is easy, and doesn't require a lot of complicated layering. I like it. Your little girl is adorable, I love them at this age, they are so cuddly. We have a new baby nephew and I'm so excited to hold him, he was a preemie so we are waiting for his weight to go up first. Then, Hold on! I am so holding that guy. Grreat videos, Whitney, I have quite binged this past week. My wedding is coming up on Friday...and I think I needed a bit of down time, your videos have provided me with a much needed break and i have learned so much from you.

If you click the letter (i) in the upper corner of the video you'll see it. It's an option youTube has where if you like someones channel and want to give a dollar or two for support you can. RUclipsrs usually make money through the ads that play on videos, but so many people use ad blockers now (and various other reasons) have caused earnings to go way down making it harder to continue to create consistent content. I now make about half of what I did this time last year (which was never a whole lot in the first place), so I enabled the fan funding option on my channel. Don't feel any pressure to donate, just there in case someone does want to. Hope that helped explain it! Have a wonderful day :)

Hi, I am brand new to sewing, do you think the learn to sew simplicity patterns are okay for a beginner?
I haven't tried the learn to sew patterns before. Couldn't hurt to pick on you like and give it a try. If you get stuck try looking it up online or taking a short break before getting back to it. Best of luck!
