Thanks for another DIY video, great job on the clear taillights it does have the C7 Z06 resemblance. I think the blue DLR would match the car even better.

I have a rapid blue and was thinking about doing the DRL mods, but after seeing your video how complicate it is I might just passed.
@@GavinZedOSix I think some of it was it was the end of the day and I was hot (shop was like over a 100 degrees probably) . If I had started with it first I’m not sure I would have complained as much!
Thank you for the clear and detailed explanation of how to do these light mods. The tail lights look great. The yellow DRLs really pop with the blue paint. Black exhaust tips are a nice touch.

I did this with my other mods. Figured while I had the bumper off I’d go ahead and do it. my hope is it keeps the idiots from rear ending me.

Looks great. Excellent install video. I loved how u mentioned other install vids don’t show the struggle. lol. Those bracket bolts do look tough in the front. I could see myself doing this for my c8z. I’m in Ga as well, Augusta.
Honestly it was so hot in the shop I think I was just annoyed by then and tired. Being grumpy. If I had started w front I would have complained about the back probably . lol. I like them so far but they are def polarizing , lots don’t.
The back looks better with the new taillight unit. Especially liking the two row blinkers. The front was better original IMO, since you wanted a more "clean" look. The yellow does not match.
But great video without the fluff seen in other videos. Thanks! Getting my Z06 in the next weeks.
@@RISCy27 I will say after having the tails for a while if you are getting them there are certain conditions w the dark grey they look almost pink instead of red. Most of the time they look fine but in certain lighting they do. In case u are considering them. Thanks for the comment !
Nice work, great video! Lights look AWESOME!! I like red contrast on my black car of the stock lights but if I had ANY other color I would do this! You have also maybe convinced me to do the red DRLs now! Keep up the good content!

I’ve been asking a ton of people…. Can you put your stock ZO6 wheels on a stingray c8. That’s something no one has done.
Been considering painting my chrome exhaust tips as well? How did you do it? Sand and then spray paint? Any details would be appreciated. Great installs as always 🥂
Basically I sanded it with #1 steel wool basically and then sanded washed w soap and water in the sink. Put on primer and engine enamel in black

This is what I have. No regrets but it does require a decent amount of space. I would also do two rolling jacks instead of one if I could do it again.
C8 z06 should come clear tail lights oem like the c7 z.. leave the red for base and e-ray

@@jameswalton8927 the winglets are the factory ones just the larger ones. Your z06 should come with 2 sets of winglets. The middle section I did purchase but it’s factory Jake center.

Those tail lights from Paragon look amazing with Rapid Blue! My C8 is Torch Red so the OEM taillights match my color.
LOVE the F1 center brake light. So good.
Yeah I am not sure they would match yours in torch red much in some lights w the grey they almost look pinkish . Do love the f1 center tho! Thanks for the comment

Big deal.mustangs started this sequential lights style.i would put my money in nothing more than suspension,dynamics and engine upgrades.
Sadly not a lot available yet for the lt6 upgrade wise since the pcm is locked. Peitz has found a way to TT but that’s all that’s really out. Every other engine mod available I have already (ported tb, JLT intake, cat delete). Wheels are lighter but obviously there are lighter ones out there.
