    I have no idea what ingredients are going into making these macarons. I can guess most of the dry ingredients but I don’t know what yellow stuff is that was mixed with butter, milk & sugar for the creamy centre of the 1st treat. It looked like scrambled egg yolks but that can’t be right.

      I am not 100% sure but it might be roasted soybean powder. I have read it is sometimes used in buttercream in Korean-style desserts

    Great video, only pleease show the name of things used during video. I understand eggs were used, then you guys served a full saack of sugar, then I saw what I thin is flour, and then something kind of beige color, not flour, but kinda...(lost what was that, perhaps a lot of yeast??)

      The beige colour is almond flour/powder, basically ground up almonds and the white flour looking thing is sugar powder, the full sack of sugar is used for the meringue

      While I can't be sure my guess is they use the yolks for pastry cream or other types of custard to use as a filling for their macarons or other baked goods.
