I just spent the holidays waiting for my insurance to cover the chemotherapy I need to treat stage 4 breast cancer. The Mangioni appeal is more than his looks, trust me on this one thing. I have pain in my neck and jaw from a lesion growing in the top vertebrate of my spine. Luigi isn't sexy to me; he's a different kind of symbol than that. Many of us folks who care about this case aren't all young. I'm over 50, and my husband works hard for our insurance, which isn't cheap, just to watch helplessly as I was denied 3 times in 2 months. This is so common that our regional cancer center employs full time social workers to help people like me find and apply for programs and grants that we may qualify to receive. Why isn't this kind of terrorism reported? People worse off than me DIE while waiting for insurance companies to arbitrarily decide who lives and dies?? My oncologist had to keep appealing the denials each time; this is INSANE inhumanity while you talk about people thirsting for Luigi. *SHAME ON YOU, TMZ!* Read the room.

My wife had breast cancer. Insurance was horrible throughout the entire process. They tried to deny her Kadcyla and the medical review board at Mayo had to take the unusual step of getting directly involved to issue a recommendation to force the insurance company's hand. It was explained by her doctor at mayo that if they would have denied coverage after the medical review board said it was needed they would have opened themselves up to litigation if something happened.

These two german guys before the tmz "documentary" said that he was nice and kind, and only after tmz contacted them they twisted the narrative. I don't see a problem with talking passionately about a book and annotating it to be honest, many people do that, only because it's something you don't do doesn't make it weird or obsessive. And again, wanting to meet the author of a book is not weird. If I had the money, I'd do it too.

if you are trying to help Luigi by saying he has mental illness you are going about it in a very strange un helpful way
wouldn't it better to focus on how his life suddenly changed that he went from being a very active social person to being a recluse with fake ID
there is nothing to suggest he was obsessive especially about corporate greed, he read one book about it
hit reverse is not about corporate greed
what is claimed to have been found in his bag hasn't been established as genuine yet
if he did write those things then what triggered it
but they claim he left the bag in the park they know the route but took days to find
they had found the hostel by then possibly with his belonging s there
if he left things thats suspicious toward him being guilty
he shared a room with three people
what was found in the park could have been claimed to have been found on him to secure a conviction
they arrested someone before Luigi sure they had the right guy but they accepted his alibi

I’m sorry for the defense, but I don’t know how they’re gonna find that many people to find him guilty because it’s kind of like we’re on the same team it’s us against them. Meaning everybody who’s insurance has screwed them over versus insurance incorporate world

I think the video is a little biased. First they are assuming these acquaintances of Luigis are crediable. Perhaps they got paid off. Secondly Luigi reads a lot of books. He had over 200 reviews on GoodReads. He gave most of those books high ratings. It could be that that was the book of the moment. My take is that there is no real evidence linking Luigi to the crime. We have a smeared fingerprint on a water bottle. Now saliva would have proven his DNA was near the crime scene. Yet they are focused on the fingerprint. Perhaps because the saliva in the bottle didn't belong to him. He was also in the hostel before Brian even knew he was going to this investors meeting. It is far more likely to be a company insider. We are supposed to believe that Luigi who didn't even have United Health as his insurance suddenly decided to kill this guy because he represented corporate greed. He carefully planned out this murder. He does it at the time that the cops are switching shifts so it will take longer for them to come. He was that calculated. Yet he keeps the gun on himself for 5 days after the murder and writes a manifesto just waiting for the cops. Or maybe the cops needs to solve the case and they already knew about this guy because his mom filed a missing persons report. So they decided to kill two birds with one stone and they planted the evidence. I have also noticed that the media that has a lot of corporate sponsors have convicted Luigi already and independent media is convinced of his innocence.
Brian Thompson had a lot of enemies. Both his soon to be ex-wife and other people in the company could lose a lot of money if he opened his mouth at that investors meeting. They had a lot to gain from Brians death. Yet Lugig a compete stranger just decided to gun this guy down. Something doesn't add up here.

But an officer said they were sure theyd got the guy
      ( before Luigi)
      But they accepted his alibi
They must have had good reason to arrest the first guy
I think Luigi was convenient and easy to set up

Harvey (the TMZ guy here) just doesn't get it. Luigi was getting huge support even when he was just a random person with a hoodie and a backpack, so claiming Luigi's support is largely down to his looks doesn't hold up.
Also, Harvey (like most who oppose Luigi's actions), completely skips over the crucial fact that the CEO who got gunned down had a huge amount of blood on his hands, far more than Luigi. Killing people via the system is still killing people.
Luigi did what he felt he had to do, to have the healthcare system truly scrutinised, and on that point he was successful. Sure it won't fix everything, but he has undoubtedly caused ripples that'll change the course of healthcare at some level, and that could save a lot of innocent lives down the line.
