You should get some friends for your Geo. I have a school of them and they are awesome to watch. Definitely take a while to get to that size
When Josh moved the dorado for nipping another fish's fins, my comment on that video was that I hope he doesn't go after the geo! Josh is usually pretty on target with his fish decisions, but that decision seems like it unfortunately didn't pay off. Rich is right.

Saw a comment about Brutus eating cichlids while you were explaining it and he does, I counted atleast two. Super casual, just turns and sucks them in!

I worry that if one day TJ get spooked and flies off his cage and into one of the open pools He could drown. Even birds with clipped wings can still fly, but they go down and not up.
Humble suggestion, but I think that the 500 gallon cube would make a great planted discus tank. It would also go with the tropical jungle theme ya'll are going for in the pool room.

my little man was ease dropping while I was watching this video and felt bad for Skylar, my little man was like, wow he wasn't gonna help a person who just got her finger messed up, I just laughed, love that my 10 year old thinks like a gentleman
@Ronald Ulep your son must have thought her finger got chop off but it didn’t:) also Big Rich can’t get down so no matter what he wasn’t gonna be able to help her you tell your son that:) also sometimes it’s best to figure out how to do something on your own so you won’t need help so I’m sure Skylar learn how to put it back in and next time she won’t need help:)
@@Nathan_afk I told him all what you said, he knew it wasn't chopped off lol, Skylar did say she knows it slides right in, I guess my little guy's train of thought was she knew how to get it back in she just just needed some help maybe because of her finger was hurt idk, but if I was Big Rich I would tell her to stop and get it cleaned up and covered properly before it gets infected especially cleaning the bird cage, looks like she was cleaning the bottom pan where poop droppings land idk

Always exciting videos and I don't know exactly why these videos, most of them of this channel are so nice more then on other channels. I'cant wait when You figure out how to set up and do this big acrylic tank in the corner and see how it will look like.
In fairness, a gut loaded cichlid is probably a really healthy meal for Brutus. I also wouldn't be surprised if the paroon sharks are grabbing some as well.
Are you going to put the Geo in the bellagio tank?
The point of that is they don’t want the fish to start thinking those cichlids are food because then there not going to want to eat what Big Rich and Josh feeds them.

Just a suggestion. Amongst the African Cichlids you have plenty of Tanganyikans to put in that empty tank. Those Tropheus may brighten up. I think I saw some types of Lamprologus as well. Or cherry pick some of the Haps and Aulonocara males. Just my 2 cents.

Crazy how much cichlids Brutus has been able to catch , I called that out that he was getting them in a reaper video a few months ago
I reckon he's eaten half of the cichlid, I reckon that there used to be at least 2000 in there. There is no way they are going to be able to stop it now he knows they are food. It's a shame because those cichlids in their massive numbers made the pond for me

Pretty sure that puffer is to the right of that coral insert towards the right of the tank and I see straight yellow like it's belly up. Please update us if I'm right
No josh had moved the puffer a few days ago. So it's alive and doing fine.

In the UK its considered very good luck to have a Black Koi in your Pond or Tank & its not that easy to find small ones as prices for koi over 6" are very expencive..

Maybe try scattering pellets instead of putting them right in front of Brutus. Or Bruiser,. Maybe Josh put the puffer in the community tank, it depends on the puffer some can coexist.

Overcrowding especially cichlid tanks is absolutely what you want to do, anyone that says otherwise obviously hasn’t kept cichlids very long.
You can see he was messing with it in the video that Josh did Immediately said that that was a bad idea
i'd try the geo with discus long before i'd put him with known chompers!
Mixing fish is always a hit or miss I have a peacock cichlid with an angel and Oscars. I got a pea puffer good with everyone put in Cory's wants to destroy them. My turtle certain fish he accepts others he doesn't. It's odd.

Don't I remember a statement by either you or Josh that Brutus would never expend the energy to go after the Cichlids when they first showed up in the tank? I guess top predators adapt. Just like Rays will never move tiles.
He doesn't chase them, he just figured out how to work smarter not harder 😂

At Bass kind of looks like somebody beat him up you gots a chunk taken out of his back it looks like where is backfin is on the top of him he doesn't look as skinny as he did I think those are the prettiest peacock bass breed there is
That's what they get fed that's where they're going to naturally go to somebody stands in that area it don't make a damn if its Big Rich or little kid if they stand in that area those fish are going to come to that area because they know that hey somebody's here we're going to make it fed let's go see people fishing they're not stupid fish are far from being dumb if you don't believe me look at what Brutus is doing look what he'll learn how to do so he could get you know some fresh meat I'm sorry Fisher far from Mikey says those tanks are far from being overcrowded I mean if it was a cylinder tank and it was where those fish were I'd be saying yeah it's over crowded but you got to realize you got a tank that's 20 ft long I think it's 4ft deep by 6 ft high if I'm not mistaken and you're telling me that tank is overcrowded all you are is seeing those fish stuck in a little place right there you're not seeing the whole damn tank what what Rich needs to do is put the camera at an angle so you can see the whole tank and have somebody come stand right where they feed and then you'll see how much tank is is empty and then tell me that tank is overcrowded and if you do then I'll tell you you're full of excrement because those tanks are not over filled that be like saying oh you got too many fish in the pool pond Ted be like when they're feeding them you only get a picture of the pool pond where they're feeding them and somebody coming out saying oh my God the pool pond is too full all I know is they've been doing this a hell of a lot longer probably than you guys have probably been alive and I always say opinions like a-holes everybody gots one and they all stink
