    Great tutorial and photograph! I live in Nags Head so Bodie Lighthouse is about a 15 minute drive for me. The mosquitos mean business there, especially at night in the warmer months.

    Okay, I got it to work. However, the little detail that you said not to worry about is super apparent. Is there a way to fix this or do I have to do a more tedious job with the brush?

    I followed all of these steps. I added path arrows but it did not blur anything. (Adobe PS 2020)

      Also, when I used the polygonal lasso tool to cut out my object in the sky (similar to lighthouse) it actually shifted the foreground from below into its spot. Weird.

      The speed was increase very high and there was still no change to the clouds.
