Bradford, being the dad, looks like a librarian, and Black Heron, being the mom, is the artist that created her.

April, May, and June are actually the names of Daisy Duck's necies! I'm really gonna miss this show! There is actually gonna be a Ducktales Podcast called This Duckburg Life

I loved this episode. Was I the only one who was getting a little teary eyed. It was really nice of Scrooge to pay for Webby to have her birthday at Funzo's even though he didn't know she was his daughter, I also liked seeing Boyd, Lena and Gosalyn take out the cameras. I loved getting to learn about Webby's past, and with her being made from Scrooges DNA so she is his daughter I didn't see coming(so long all ships with Webby and any of the triplets, to be fair their children so it wasn't going to happen anyway and the creators said they weren't going to give Webby a love interest). This episode was perfect. I LOVED seeing Gosalyn back. In the fight with SteelBeak, Gosalyn really felt like Quiverwing Quack(her hero identity from the original Darkwing Duck). Darkwing is clueless(maybe also just not wanting to believe Fenton is GizmoDuck). Bradford is officially the most evil character. For the hundredth time, I LOVE PEPPER!!! Using the lesson from the first episode and the season one finally was perfect. And overall the ending was perfect. A few things I wanted to see were Fenton being the one to rescue Gandra and see more interactions with them and see Gosalyn and Webby interact. But over all this was perfect and the ending credits was really fun. I am sad Ducktales is over and regret starting to watch it when I did(a little after quarantine started) and I won't make that mistake if their is a reboot for Darkwing duck. Disney PLEASE, Darkwing duck reboot next!

I loved that there really wasn't that much angst with Webby being his clone/daughter. Everyone was happy to accept it.

Considering how Isabella Finch was kind of like Scrooge before Scrooge, I wouldn’t be surprised if her adventures somehow got her involved with SHUSH
@jf k I know I'm late, but dang, we have very similar interests..
Even early in to Season 1 I was hoping the writers would never have Webby end up with any of the nephews, and this twist (which was awesome btw) made me glad I felt that way.
They said they weren't going to give her a love interest also, they're kids(Phineas and Isabella didn't get together until they were headed to collage). Not every girl in a show/movie needs to end up in a romantic relationship.
Yeah i mean, i always felt really weird about people shipping Webby with any of the triplets, its always rubbed me the wrong way and the twist made that feeling feel justified and i love it lol
seriously, i dont know whats with the whole shipping obsession in fandoms... its even worse given that some people will fight tooth and nail trying to defend some really nasty pairings too like, either go outside or use that energy to fight for something that actually matters

@@calmgoodfire4662 You can have a show be good and have lots of shipping, the writers themselves just choose to focus more on that the rest of the plot they’d been creating. Svtfoe was entirely the fault of its creators. It’s silly to assume the fans had any control over how it ended. Especially when most of them were upset.
Shipping literally never hurts anyone. If a person decides to harass you over their ship, it has nothing to do with the ship itself and everything to do with the person as an individual. (A person liking something doesn’t make them start harassing others, that’s silly.)

We'll have to wait decades from now 'til they make another remake, just like with Della
Bradford, to me was nothing but a cowardly hypocrite; always claiming he wasn't a villain despite the fact he wanted to commit a massive genocide of anything adventurous or anything connected to the McDuck Family.
He's about as infuriating as Amanda Waller, another character who fails to recognize their own villainous notions
He even killed his own brothers and still thought he wasn't evil.
Waller knows who she is though right? I didn’t think she ever thought being a government stooge was putting her in the same light as Superman but it’s a job that has to be done so she does it

He's also blind to the fact that HE is just as much the cause for a lot of the chaos that he complains about. Magicka managed to escape the dime because of the fallout between Scrooge and his family. Lunaris only managed to get to Earth because he managed to get the plans for the Spear of Selene. Both of those were directly the result of Della being lost in space, which Bradford deliberately caused. Bradford also directly funded the creation of the Selego Circuit which created the chaos that's now happening in St Canard.
The real kicker is that if he succeeded in his plans, then there'd be nothing to stop the next bit of chaos that appeared in the world. Negaduck and Taurus Bulba were still at large (unless they were in the many boxes in the finale), Lunaris was still a lingering threat as he orbits the earth, and there were plenty of non-missing-mystery artifacts and threats that Bradford has no means of knowing or doing anything about (Jormungandr the world serpant comes to mind). He's not only a cowardly hypocrite, he's an idiot for not thinking of any of that.

Even no, let's say his problem is that he thought too much and worried too much. Now that he has become a true vulture he has had that "blessing" that animals have and that we humans have lost ... absolute thoughtlessness and innocence. Now he only cares about the real things: eating, sleeping and two things I can't write.
When I first saw that, I actually thought Bradford got turned into Po de Spell. Weird, huh?

Well, I did actually said it in a comment on TNBT's "Is Webby Della's daughter " video, "Don't go crying to me if your ships turn out to be incest this whole time" and now, here we are. Now it makes sense why Frank didn't wanted to ship Webby with the triplets. He tried warning them a million times but they didn't listen. They didn't care. They acted like it was no big deal and it all fun and games. So if there's any HDL x Webby's shippers actually crying right now because of this reveal, then they should not go yelling on me or anyone else here. They should go blame themselves because they were the ones who started it in the first place. Just saying.

@@theumpireofthebottomlesspit I did a graph (for homework) on how much DNA cousins share and what makes a 3rd cousin, etc, etc, and the shared DNA decreases as you go along. Since RUclips won't let me post links to any research, I recommend you look up 3rd cousins DNA and what it means to be a cousin once or twice removed. I can at least share the number data with you from my homework graph, though.
EX:
1st cousins share about 12.5% of DNA (This is your cousin born of your aunt/uncle; aka, your parent's sibling.)
2nd cousins share about 3.13% of DNA
3rd cousins share about 0.78% of DNA = Less than 1%
Parents and siblings share 50% of DNA (Identical twins share over 90% DNA. Wild, right?)
Grandparents/grandchildren/aunts&uncles/nieces&nephews (not cousins) share 25% of DNA
A "removed" cousin is usually the child or parent of your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc cousin.

The research above is only important because the less DNA shared means the more you are "related" in name only rather than *fully* biologically, even if you still carry 0.013%. Not to mention (but it bares mentioning since there's shipping going on) less shared DNA also means fewer birth defects and mutations, and after you hit the >5% mark, *those complications are essentially 0.*
It's complicated since Scrooge is technically Webby's father through cloning, but since a clone is a copy, she would be about as related to the triplets as Scrooge himself is. Let's explain that a sec. If Scrooge really is the Uncle of Donald and Della, then Webby is technically their 1st cousin, meaning she shares somewhere between 7.31% - 13.8% of DNA with Donald and Della. This would also make her a 1st cousin-once-removed from the Triplets, meaning they share about 3.3% - 5.51% of DNA; which biologically puts them in the "safe" zone for having romantic relations if we go by the numbers. Bare in mind that a cousin-once-removed is about on the same level as a 2nd cousin in terms of DNA and relation.
Now, if Scrooge is only Donald and Della's "uncle" in name or their great-uncle (despite the triplets also calling him that), then that puts the Triplets and Webby in the 1st-cousins-twice-removed or even 3 times removed category. We would need a concrete family tree to determine this.
So no, the shippers aren't really crying right now, not if they know how DNA works. *shrug*
That being said, I don't ship the kids, but I DO ship Scrooge and Beakley for some odd reason. I get that Goldie is Scrooge's on and off again woman, but I can't be the only one who thinks Beakley would be a stable fit for the old duck.

20:27 - Bradford is the father/librarian (who catalogues the treasures of Finch) and Heron is the mother/artist (knowledgeable in several subjects) while Webby/April, May and June are the cloned daughters.
Now, I'm waiting for the new Darkwing Duck reboot coming to Disney+.

Man Bradford was evil in this episode, not only did he cause Della to get lost in Space and he was hoping she would die in space, but he also tried to throw Donald Duck into the Solego Circuit Void even after Scrooge signed the Papyrus of Binding which said he was forbidden to ever adventure again, which would erase Donald Duck which therein would kill Donald Duck, Bradford may claim he is not a villain and he says he is not evil, but him causing Della and Donald to almost die certainly makes him a bonafide villain and evil. Beakley and Della were right in telling Bradford was evil and a villain because the Sword of Swanstantine reflected his own evil and villainous heart which he already had.
Do you guys still get a funny feeling sense, Webby/April is Scrooge McDuck’s daughter and Donald adopted May and June as his daughters, would that make Goldie: Webby’s mother and Daisy: May and June’s mother?
And I was hoping Donald and Daisy will get married someday.
the real funny feeling for my is the changes they did here from the past show and comics, a lot of people alredy gussed that apriel and webby were the same person (which is alredy a big change) but the big soprise was that webby is scrooge's clon/daughter and may and june webby clones and not Daisy's nieces, that is the most bold chage that the creaters of the reboot ever did and that says something considering how much they change from the comics and cartoons,
also donald adopting may and june was so sweet and makes me want to see more of them and daisy

One of the scenes that stuck with me most in the finale was Black Heron getting pushed...
The smile. The smirk. The comment... True villain right there. Content with her life!
Bradford has worked many years for Scrooge. I'm sure he got the feather to clone Webby after one of their meetings. Or they toke it in the scene, when he and his agents stopped Scrooge to searching for Della.
I know this was like a year ago, but why would Red Heron have the feather with her if Bradford got it from when he worked for Scrooge?

I would also like to say that the finale killed the webby ships with the triplets if anyone did ship them.
They did and none were going to happen because the creators even said they weren't giving her a love interest.
If the show ever gets revived for a Disney+ season four I definitely see it as like a few weeks or months after the finale, where we can see Scrooge and Webby father daughter moments, Donald and Daisy’s trip while bonding with the girls, Fenton and Gandra moments, the return of some of FOWL high command, heck maybe even give Manny his overdue episode, where he can do all the things people with non-stone heads can do

We may get a Disney+ special or continuation series and/or even a movie (either theatrical or Disney+, or both). The creators said this isn’t the last time we’ll see of this version of Clan McDuck. And the voice actors like Bobby Moynihan and Danny Pudi seems very passionate about DuckTales returning.

No, In theory they are sisters to Webby. If the genetics work out, because Webby is the biological daughter to Scrooge, and May and June are almost exact genetic clones of Webby then they are also daughters of Scrooge, and genetic sisters of Webby. However, the show doesn't describe their relationship to Scrooge. At best it's left up to interpretation, so it's entirely possible Webby is the genetic mother of May and June, but we may never know the exact relations May, June, Webby, and Scrooge all have because the show doesn't explain it.

also kinda weird that the gummy berry juice was just a cameo in the episode considering back in season 1 the agent 22 episode ended on a zoom in on the juice.
I like all the tie ins now to the old ducktales series as well as the new series also the old Saturday morning /afternoon blocks. Mrs beakley did lie but it was because she wanted to prove that not every fowl had to be evil. And how about Manny being technically a gargoyle?! And Ludwig von Drake was definitely a surprise! And webby is essentially Scrooges daughter! And scrooge wasn't such a recluse after all because when Mrs beakley appears at his mansion with her apparent granddaughter he welcomes them into his home without question. I wished there was going to be a fourth season
Scrooge always really wanted his family back, that's why he let them stay in the first place.

ironically this episode shows off just how mighty Lunaris was. Bradford cannot defeat Scrooge's family, but Lunaris did multiple times and only stopped by Penny showing up at the last second.
I would LOVE to see a spin off using lena and possibly magica.
And of course darkwing duck, I mean seriously we never saw negaduck return, or goslyn's father be saved, something that he promised.
They did NOT tie up all loose ends in the show, who was the father of the triplets. Where's Po *he's got to be alive somewhere*, where was negaduck, etc.

An amazing video! (as usual) This show for me really is the best animated series ever made! (sorry Gravity Falls) Although I'm sad that it ended, I'm also happy that it is finished in this incredible way!
By the way, there was a Mickey reference. There was the Mickey face on one of Donald's shirts (right before the sweet sibling moment with Della)
Webby being a clone of Scrooge was so cool, i will miss this show so much, id have loved to have seen some adventures with Webby and her new sisters but thsts something i can imagine in my own mind, a great finale for a great show for me, its 10/10 💖💖☺️

The only thing that I felt was a missed opportunity was not having Falcon Graves and/or Dr. Akita as additional members of F.O.W.L... I mean they have the resources to bust them out of jail and would be valuable assets on the team.
I understand why Goldie, Penumbra, Djinn, & the other side characters did not get to enter the fight because they were really pushing this as a "family" ending but it would've made me happier to see ALL of the characters go all out in a bigger war than the S2 finale.

Okay, I said it on Issac's Carlson video and I'll say again with TheNextBigThing.
Let's be honest, we all waited to see this guy finally make this video just to see how he will react with the whole Scrooge's being Webby's daughter reveal thing. Especially since, yeah, he made thaf theory video in late 2018 about Webby possibly being a secret unknown relative to the McDuck- Duck family. However, expect Webby being Della's daughter she actually turned out to be Scrooge's, but I guess it is still close enough?
But anyways, to me personally, I think his reaction to this twist is a lot more better than Issac's to be honest.
I think the 322 days without an accident was actually a reference to something! Season 3 only had 22 episodes if you don’t split the special episodes like LGD or the finale into multiple episodes!

Even if you split them up the scene would have been in the 22nd Episode with the rest being 23 & 24
This finale was AWESOME, EPIC and PERFECT😁. I love the show, I love every character (wanna see more Donald and Della moments) and I enjoy your analisis.🦆 This universe and every arc was emotional and I'll be waiting more of this family, I know we'll see them again.

I’m just watching these videos to fill the hole in my heart from losing this absolutely amazing show
I would have been extremely surprised if Disney played “You Say Run” during the buildup to Gizmoduck Launchpad
In the first episode, Manny is the steed means The Adventure begins
In the final episode, Manny is the apocalypse horse means the Adventure ends
I also found the "family is the greatest adventure" a bit too cheesy, another way to void the contract would have been to throw it in an active vortex, making Bradford's carefully planned scheme work against him (in that scenario Donald would have been save in an other way) .
I'm really glad that i manage to see many of my old disney's character in this series. Chip and dale, darkwing duck, goofy, talespin. I really hope this is a sign that they will resurrect the old series again.
I think the Shadows captured in the boxes behind Launchpad all were some references, but I don't remember them all. Could you maybe make a video for all this character-hints?

It was an AMAZING finale, but am I the only one bummed that Boyd and Gyro barely interacted at all (they didn't even exchange a single word). Since Boyd hasn't been seen since the incredible episode that was 'Astro BOYD', I was hoping for more insight into their relationship. He should have been in at least one more episode leading up to the finale.
In my opinion Huey and Lena are the best characters I also wish Lena got a little more focus after season 1 Because after season 1 she didn’t really do much
I agree. I feel like Webby, Lena and Violet should have been in more episodes together. In fact, having Lena and Violet in episodes like Quack Pack, The Trickening and Escape From The Impossibin was a total missed opportunity. That’s just my opinion, though.
I just hope this isn’t we’ll see of those three characters, in addition to May and June, especially after Webby and Lena’s last interaction.

@@theearthkingdom7537 I know about that but I meant aside from Darkwing Duck, but I do hope see some of those characters mentioned like the triplets, Webby, Lena, Violet, May and June and hopefully Della, Donald and maybe Scrooge and Daisy visit Drake, Launchpad and Gosalyn on some occasion and vice versa.
And if we do get a DuckTales movie (and we more than likely will) I hope it’s a theatrical movie (that’s just me though) but I wouldn’t mind if it becomes a Disney+ original movie.
As I've heard online, the Librarian-Father and Artist-Mother is more symbolic; Bradford, like a librarian, catelogued many of the artifacts, as Heron is an artist, forming the clones.

As a fan, i enjoyed this finale. As a writer, i can see the glaring issues with pacing. A bunch of these twists could have been spread through the season a little better, and this feels like 4 episodes worth of content. (The Della and Donald plot seems very unnecessary to me, at least placed in the finale.) Give Huey more time to understand the dark side. He could have even temporarily *joined* FOWL earlier in the season and then have to be turned back by his family.
I wonder if the writers rushed things because they knew that there were all the episodes they were going to get.
Will we ignore that Webby is the triplets aunt and Della and Donald’s cousin?

They also forgot the evil Negaduck and the last fight between smart Steelbeak and Launchpad this would have been perfection. But I guess they didn't have enough time to write it all in.
And they might be saving NegaDuck for a possible Darkwing Duck reboot.
They had said at some point Negaduck would have been a player in season 4

Kinda surprised to hear that some people are commenting that they only notice the Bill Cypher triangle reference on 12:03, and not also realising the 2 treasure hunting movie references in those two pages as well. One being the Meerschuam Pipe (castle looking objet) from "National Treasure" (left page), and the other being the Key of Hamunaptra (octagon star) from 1999's "The Mummy" (right page).

just wanna say, did nobody else pay attention to the drink in the beginning, when webby got it from the soda machine it came out pink, then when she dropped it and it spilled it was somehow then purple, then when it zoomed out it got yellow for a bit, then it zooms back in and it goes back to purple. i dont know if its just me caring about that or what, i just notice that every time that i've watched the episode
