Prime Don Frye throws head kick while sparring in boxing with a much smaller Dom and says after the kick “Gotta be ready for anything!” That’s classic 😂!
That could be interpreted as 'like everybody else from his era, he sucked' or 'on a good day, he could beat anyone from his era'. Given the fact that Dom was praising Don, I assume he meant the latter.

Dom has the balls to street fight a heavyweight at the drop of a hat, and that's at the weight he is now. Dom at heavyweight is a damn menace to society that can't be told anything 😂😂😂
Does Cruz do another podcast where he's just chill and real like this? Dude is just naturally funny and tells great stories. Completely different from his "professional" persona working with the UFC.
