- We love Mexican food. A friend sent me this recipe some time ago and told me that her family loved it. I tried it and can say that we love it also. It's not hard at all to prepare and isn't too spicy. I sent some next door for my older grandchildren and they gave it a thumbs up. I think you will like it so I hope you try the recipe.

That's right ! Never give the enemy glory in our rough times. God can still have the glory in the hard times because it's still an opportunity for Him to shine in our darkness. What can I use instead of black beans
Try kidney beans
Not Mexican just because you used black beans and Rotel. It’s just a plain casserole.
That to much for one person so how would you do it for one.
