  • The wait is finally over, League Two football returns this weekend and the Brunton Bugle is back, bigger and better than ever!
As revealed by our new best friend Fabrizio Romano this week, the Bugle is now going twice-weekly - with preview AND review episodes for each first-team game (excluding the trophy we don’t talk about).
First up, is the preview of our first away fixture of the season - the longest journey we’ll make across the 46 fixtures, travelling to Kent to face promotion hopefuls Gillingham.
Lots covered in this week’s episode of the Bugle, including:
📃 News round-up🏆 Behind Enemy Lines with Matt from GillsInTheBlood TV.⚽ United team news🔵 Ex-Blues update
We’ll be back with regular updates throughout the pre-season campaign, before ramping things up in the week before the season starts with our infamous season preview episode!

We’re delighted to confirm that the Carlisle United Official Supporters Club (CUOSC) will be sponsoring the Brunton Bugle this season.
CUOSC, formed originally in 2001 as CCUIST, is the supporters' trust for Carlisle United. They are a community benefit society, with a one member-one vote democratic structure. They currently have 10% voting control of the club's holding company CUFC Holdings Ltd and are members of the Football Supporters' Association (FSA).
You can find out more about CUOSC and how to join on their website www.cuosc.org.uk, or you can contact them on X at @cuosc
As part of this sponsorship, we’ll be working closely with CUOSC to provide some additional content this season - keep an eye out for these episodes soon!
    -----------------
We've had a few people asking how they can contribute financially towards the pod over the last few seasons - we do this podcast because we love our club and are happy to do it for free, but if you'd like to make a contribution that can help towards hosting, online studio or equipment costs, we would be extremely grateful.
It would go a long way to help us keep providing content for the Blues fanbase across the world for the 2024-25 season!
You can now do this on our Ko-Fi page: ko-fi.com/brun... - any donation is really appreciated!
