PROA7 and PROA7PLUS: Adding A Keypad

Don't. save yourself the headache. If they install the proa7, you will find that it does not even have wifi. My guess is this doesn't work with that. No one really addresses it.

Title says you address Proa7 and you did not. Proa7 does not have wifi so my guess is it won't work. Very disappointed in these systems. Also the fact Honeywell does not even allow you to get the app and create an account so you can control you devices unless you pay is insane.

@@seeseabee7165 proa7 and proa7plus are the same somewhat but not fully. If I remember correctly, the proa7 does not have a communicator thing or something

Hello @seeseabee7165, you are correct that the PROA7 does come with a wifi module and therefore will not work the with PROWLTOUCH keypad unless a PROWIFI or PROWIFIZW is added to the panel. The PROSIXLCDKP does not connect to the panel via wifi meaning that you can use the PROSIXLCDKP with a PROA7 without being required to add the PROWIFI or PROWIFIZW modules to the panel.
