Hi @Ultrajamz, Yes it is possible using a Zwave relay module or a light module to Trigger a Light that indicates the armed system state. You would create scenes to facilitate the light on and off operations following the state of the panel.
I have the pro take over kit with 2gig 345mhz sensors. Will those sensors work in homekit? I suspect. Only the new encrypted sensors integrate into homekit
If they are burglary sensors, they should pull into HomeKit. If you look at details for the sensor in HomeKit, it will appear as though it is a PROSIX sensor, but it should show up in there. Any other zone type, Fire, CO, Environmental, none of those will pull into HomeKit. That's why we still recommend using Total Connect 2.0 if you have any of those types of sensors. You can see the differences between HK and TC2 here: www.alarmgrid.com/faq/total-connect-vs-apple-homekit
With the pro take over the PROA7PLUS will be able to work with Older Honeywell sensor, DSC, and GE/interlogix sensors. It will not work with Aqara sensors
Can this be done so that when armed, a light in the house turns red?

So if i do this homekit on my iphone i dont have to use the total connect 2.0 app anymore?
Some customers use Homekit instead of TC2 if they are ok with limitation of home kit to the system
@@joshuagriffin2807 so whats the benefits from using homekit over tc2? Is it more smooth? Faster? Better features?

The sensors will not pull into homekit just the panel. and homekit will monitor status of the panel.

It doesn’t seem to have an option to lock and unlock or even turn on/ off my lights?
Homekit to proa7 has it limitation but you should be able ot create a scene in homekit to follow the status of the panel.
Do the honeywell pro alarm systems support other 3rd party sensors? Ex: Does it support Aqara door sensor?
