I am deeply disturbed by the kind of law that is used to pass judgement in our Kenyan courts. Is it the judges,prosecutors or the law that is the problem? the sentence most of the times don't fit the crime...…. the evidence used to convict people is sometimes too weak. There is a need for reforms in judiciary and also police force.
