As I headed off on the next part of my exciting winter sun adventure in Spain, I was really struggling with no only full campsites, a lack of power and the idea that I was going to be left in Spain by myself as John headed home, I was then hit with the stress of having to deal with forest fires just north of Benidorm.
I can definitely recommend a stop off at Restaurant Ovni - www.searchfors... - if you are dropping off at the airport in Alicante in your motorhome!
Join me in the this vlog as I take you with me on my journey!
Bloody hell that's frightening, and something they must have to think about all the time, all year round there. We're very lucky in the UK, though I know we can get them too (plus the opposite in floods).
Just been catching up, well done on starting the couch to 5k! Stephen's on that right now, he started last year, then gave up when we both got sick early January - so so hard to get back into anything when you have to stop 🙈 But he's back on it again.
Loved how that bar could've been any random British pub by the looks of it 😂 Sounded fun though, and looks a great stopover.
Hope your ecoflow gets sorted, I'm behind a couple of vids so it might be coming up
Bloody love seeing all Spain again ❤ Although we're planning Northern Europe this Spring, I think we fancy going back to Spain/Portugal next year as there's still so much to see!
It was frightening because it was so close to the houses. I had a meltdown because I didn’t want to go back towards Benidorm 🤣
Counch25k got binned off after I got the lurgey and felt like me lungs were going to deflate 🙈 Although my blood pressure is back to normal so a bit of Mediterranean diet worked 🍷🥖🤣
The Ecoflow got returned for a full refund and I’ve entered the world of Bluetti - which charges up perfectly well on my cheap suitcase solar panel 🙌
So frightening for you, especially on your own. The poor residents. Glad you're back on track now.
It was a bit nerve wracking and I had to have a word with myself when I started panicking but the Fire service and police were so efficient they had it put out in less than 1 day 👍
