Justin, it's so good to have you back, and you seem so happy! I'm glad you feel better. I truly know how it feels to go from darkness into light and back again. I was on antidepressants for almost 40 years and I stopped them all in November. It was rough for a few weeks but now I've never felt better!! I wish you nothing but the best! I want you to know that you have been a big influence on my life lately. Thank you !! I don't know that you will ever be able to realize how much you have helped me. I pray for you often

The thing I love about your paintings is we always end up some place really cool. I start out thinking “I don’t know, this looks like a mess” but we get done and I’m totally amazed at how good it is! It’s so fun and so rewarding 🙂

Wow! So vibrant and takes me back to my youth of growing up on a mountain with 30 acres of trails and paths like these that just me and my dog Smokey would walk and explore together. I hope I can paint from my imagination one day. I've only been painting since Christmas so I'm still learning. Glad you're back and doing better. Love your paintings, they're always very beautifully done.

Justin...you are so inspiring....and you’re right on when you say “create something”. It does wonderful things to your mind and psyche. I recently did a painting for my husbands doctor, and presented it to him. It was a painting of vintage golf clubs that reminded him of his father’s clubs. I instantly knew it meant a lot to him and it made my heart happy. Let’s get painting folks🙏🏻

I love your ambiguity with painting. Maybe we do this...maybe it's this....aw heck...don't over think it. It's great and keeps me inspired it and knowing that I overthink painting rather than just going with it and feeling it.

Justin what about of a little bit of colour pinks, crimsons, for variation if one really looks at seasonal landscapes the colours are just so beautiful like the rusts and autumn colours.. you know what I mean.. I love what you do and also have an affinity to trees etc..

Love the channel Justin! I'm fairly new to painting (acrylic) and have found your videos very straight-forward to follow. I heard you mention 'clear gel' in a 2019 video for canvas prep and was wondering where to purchase, of if it's possible to make? I've used gesso, as well as and Floetrol for medium's recently. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
