DJ Paul should do an album with Z-Ro, T-Rock and Montgomery, Alabama duo Dirty (aka Dirtyboyz: Big Pimp & Mr. "G" Stacka).
Although, DJ Paul and T-Rock had issues back in the day, DJ Paul's brother (the late Lord Infamous) and T-Rock did a LOT of music together, was real close and they actually formed a group called Blackout Squad (Lord Infamous, T-Rock and Kingpin Skinny Pimp).

So basically he can’t sleep because of anxiety. There’s so much better actual lifestyle changes he can make besides just eating sorbet and sippin cherry juice lmao.
Turn off the electronics a couple hours before bed. Eliminate caffeine. Meditate daily. Reduce blue light intake. Go to bed at the same time every day to put your body in the habit. Discuss what’s keeping your mind busy with a therapist. Keep a journal of your thoughts.
Glad to hear he’s putting in the gym work and eating healthy as that is definitely part of it though. Just sounds like he needs to address the true issues instead of just drinking cherry juice until he dies lmao.
I use to be in the same boat sleep wise but have been doing great for years now.
It also seems like he can’t sleep because he’s focused on the wrong thing: money. I bet if he focused and meditated on the things that bring him peace he would be happier and better able to sleep. I’d rather be poor and able to sleep every night tbh, there’s no price you can put on a decent nights rest for your mind and body.
I definitely hear what you’re saying and mostly agree..however I would bet he has one of those minds that’s always busy and creating (genius) and that is why he’s so successful and hard working. It’s all fun and games till you try to do the easy stuff like fall asleep!!
