DJ Paul opened up to VladTV about selling 30 million albums, which grossed about half a billion dollars. The Three 6 Mafia legend also pointed out that most of the releases were independent and he owns all of his publishing, making him one of the few lucky rap veterans.

Rich people, multi billions, rent for one very simple reason. The government can't get 40-60% of it from your estate when you die. They rent the house the car the jet, own nothing and there nothing they can take from your family when you die. Put your money into a trust fund avoid the tax by off shore accounts. If you don't generational wealth will be gone within a couple of generations. This is why banking families that have finance banks for hundreds of years only have a net wealth of a couple of billion when in reality it's much much much more than that.

If you can’t pay upfront for a commodity, you simply cannot afford it and a house is no different. An arrangement that will keep me tethered to it for the next few decades is not for me; I do not care about any one’s justification. A self-build project will always be the way for me.
You claim that renting is a waste of money, but you conveniently leave out the fact that the thousands you pay in interest to the bank are also a waste.
Anyway, take it how you want it but when you get a mortgage, the property OWNS you.

If rent is cheaper then the mortgage then rent but if the mortgage is equal to the rental prices then buy. Mortgage will go down and disappear altogether but rent It’s something you’re always going to have to pay
