@YunnaFfx : well actually she might have. Not sure how it is in the US, but in the EU most trains will have signs that inform you the bags should be placed overhead on the luggage-thingies, or at your feet.
It is rarely (never) properly enforced, but technically, it is a breach of the rules that you implicitly accept when you buy your ticket and decide to make use of the public transportation network.
Now let's say you're right and she didn't break any law or something... how is it that the police was able to remove her from the train ? They shouldn't be able to do that to her unless she actually has done something wrong, right ? So how would you solve that situation in the train were you the controller if she didn't do nothing wrong ? Just tell every other passenger that the have to put up with her BS demeanor ?Really ?
