Yeah we must admit when we got told they hadn't arrived we did panic. But travelling home with lugging them with us was quite nice, after we was told that they will be delivered free of charge in a few days put us at ease. We try and book direct but sometimes it's cheaper to have a lay over, we don't mind.. we just find a Dunkin and camp there until our flight. Thanks very much, Trevor is gorgeous. Definitely the star of the show. Xx

As soon as your flight was delayed you said you only ended up with an hour in-between flights I knew your bags wouldn't be on the flight. What a nightmare. This is why I hate doing connecting flights. At least you didn't have to trudge them everywhere to get home. Silver linings and all that 😢 x

@HolidayWithTheHeathers 5 days! That's so naughty. No airline is perfect though. Had you not had that delay they probably would have made it on tbh. Just one of those things I guess. I can't remember what airline it was but on one of our internal flights a few years ago they completely savaged my suitcase. It came out open with all my stuff on show. It was awful. They gave me a horrible cheap suitcase and took forever to claim when I got home. So it happens everywhere. I don't bother with expensive luggage anymore because of this. My B&M ones have been the best Suitcases I've had lol x
That’s so bad. I would have gone mad about that. As I always look after my belongings I’ve always made sure I’ve got great travel insurance just in case.
